Ariel Dunes II 1001 is a spacious, updated vacation rental condo in Ariel Dunes at Seascape Resort in Destin, FL that offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. It offers breathtaking beach views from all common areas, private balcony, and the master suite. The living area offers an HDTV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is updated, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything you would need for to prepare a home cooked meal after a long day at the beach! Enjoy meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 6 while the breakfast bar seats 4. The master king suite offers gulf views with balcony access, an HDTV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The queen suite offers views of the bay, an HDTV, private balcony with lounge chairs, and a private bathroom. The bunk room offers a twin over twin bunk bed and a full size bed, an HDTV, and attached bathroom. Perfect for kids! The attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower and is shared with the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit for your added convenience. This beach view Destin vacation rental sleeps a total of 8.

Ariel Dunes II is located in Seascape Resort, a gated beach resort that offers incredible amenities such as, five pools including a zero-entry pool (Ariel Dunes II pool is seasonally heated dependant on weather), eight tennis courts, a sauna, a steam room, a barbecue grill and picnic area, an onsite arcade, conference center, lakes, and is just steps away from the beach. You can spend your days lounging poolside or head down to the sugar white sands of the Gulf. Beach service is available. A lovely 18-hole golf course is also within walking distance if you want to practice your swing on the gorgeous greens of Destin.

**Unit will come with two Seascape parking passes. There will be a charge for additional passes.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

Spring break

The property and condo were great, very clean and had great views. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes for easy meals and the beds were comfy too. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay rooms were clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the detial to little things like charging ports and comfortable pillows and bedding, garbage shoot garbage disposal no waiting for elevators. Only complaint was king bed was to firm so if you like a softer sleep bring your mattress topper! Thanks for a wounderful stay!

Nice Condo

Very clean condo and nice decor . Love that area of Miramar Beach as we have stayed in Ariel Dunes in past summers . Nice big pools . No real issues with condo , sounds crazy but could use more spoons . Plenty of forks and knives . We did have an AC issue and electrical outlet issue in kitchen , but prompt response from maintenance to fix . Would stay in this condo again if available.

It was a beautiful condo! Lots of towels, dishes! Beautifully decorated!

Everything was great! Could use some new non-stick skillets. As well as the TV in bunk room needs looked at (for some reason it didn’t work) Other than those 2 minor things! I still give it a 100% satisfying rate! Thanks for an awesome condo!

We had a couple issues and they had someone there within the hour and it was fixed. The air stopped working in our last day and they had it fixed immediately. The condo is very nice and clean. I will be using them again in the future.

Called the management company and they said they had a unit in Ariel Dunes 2 available. We were blown away when we saw it. Everything about it was awesome. So much so that we asked if the owner wanted to sell. You won't be disappointed with this unit.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! The location was walking distance to the beach so that was excellent. The space itself was roomy. It could use a bit of updating as there was rooms that was outdated and the mattress in the room w the bunk on the queen bed kept sliding as it was wrapped in plastic still. We 3 kids and 3 adults comfortably in it. I would recommend maybe a beach wagon & some beach chairs to help w the walk to the water. The views were great! We love it there so… overall it was an excellent time. We needed more hangers and the management team brought some in the very next morning. We would def stay again.
