Welcome to "La Folie de Cravent", a stone farmhouse renovated in a chic and country style.

Located near the villages of Pacy-sur-Eure and Giverny and only 45min from Paris, this house is perfect for your trip with family and friends.

Enjoy our sunny and tree-lined garden of 1,200 m2 with its 9.5m heated pool and its kid's playground.

Chill in front of the fireplace and relax in the steam room during winter.

Discover the Eure valley with its bucolic villages, countryside and castles. Or enjoy all Paris has to offer: it's just a 45min drive!

La Folie de Cravent is made up of a main and a guest houses.

On the ground floor, you will find a 70m² reception area including a living room with its fireplace, 3 sofas and a 65" 4K Oled TV with cable TV & Apple TV; a dining room with a large wooden table for 12/14 people and a play zone with table football and darts.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, all needed kitchenware to prepare good meals, a dishwasher and a large American fridge/freezer. A back-kitchen is adjoining with a washing machine, a dryer, a fryer and a blender.

2 WCs are accessible on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a king size bed (180cm), a 55" 4K TV and its ensuite bathroom; 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds (160cm); 1 kid bedroom with 2 single beds (100cm ) that can be combined into a king size bed (200cm); a second large bathroom with shower and bath and a separate WC.

The guest house consists of 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds (160cm), one of which is accessible on the ground floor with a 55" 4K TV), a kid bedroom with bunk beds (the high bed can only accommodate a person of 65kg max), 1 bathroom with WC on the ground floor and a large steam room for 4/5 people.

Enjoy meals outside on the terrace with its large table for 12 people and its Weber barbecue.

Relax in the deckchairs around the 9.5m heated swimming pool.

Play cards, read a book or enjoy an aperitif around our table in the shade of our century-old oak tree in the garden.

Children will be delighted by the playground in the garden with a 3m trampoline, a soccer goal and a swing.

The Wifi network with high speed fiber connection covers the entire house and garden.

The house is equipped with a Sonos speaker system allowing you to listen to music in most rooms.
Access to the house is through an automatic gate.
4 parking spaces available in the house

Sheets and towels are not included and could be provided with a supplement of 20€/person.

The swimming pool is open and heated from May 01st to October 15th, it is secured with a cover with security bars.

Reservations from Saturday to Saturday from July 18th to August 31st, 2026.
