Check in process was very easy and straightforward. Owner even reached out personally. Condo is updated- nice kitchen, great upstairs bathroom, sliding doors were clean and newer. Balcony gave us a great view of the pool and ocean. It was very nice that there was laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and soaps, etc that we then didn’t have to buy. Icemaker chugs ice all day so your cooler will always be full. We had a great stay and were super happy with the condo.

Great Week!

Condo was clean and exactly as described! Owner was a delight to work with! We took our own linens and towels so we didn't have to wash everything before checking out. Kitchen is stocked with a lot of cooking needs. Washer & dryer were great. Would have been easier if we had been lucky enough to park near the unit with the rain and storms that came through but there is plenty of parking within the resort area. Short and easy walk to the beautiful beach. We would definitely consider this beautiful condo and location again!

Convenient beach location!

This property was very convenient to the nice beach! It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We could drive about a mile to see a nice sunset and it was a short drive (maybe 20-25 mins) to downtown St, Augustine. A relaxing area and great for families and kids.

Perfect Spot on Crescent Beach!

Although we are native to St Augustine, we live in Virginia now. We come back as often as we can and have stayed in nearly every condo complex in Crescent Beach. We loved staying at this condo and hope to return here the next time we are in town! It’s the perfect location on our favorite stretch of beach!

Our Stay

The condo was exactly as described and there were some additional pleasant surprises that made our stay more comfortable. There was a problem with an appliance that Barbara quickly notified us of before we arrived. The layout was nice and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and appeared just as listed. Convenient to the pool and beach. The only downside was the limited hot water. Only about 20 mins worth which is tough for a family of 4 to get a warm shower. Outside of that, we loved it.

Perfect location

We enjoyed Barbara's condo, at the Four Winds resort. The condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need. The access to the ocean and pool is right out your door and the complex is well maintained. Barbara answers any questions promptly. Don't hesitate to book, it is a perfect place. 😎

Beach vacation

Individual condo and host were absolutely fantastic! Beautiful place, and host was available immediately for any issues we encountered. Plan to double park to load and unload your belongings, but main lot is convenient short walk away from second floor door. Balcony overlooks pool and has view of beach, just a couple minutes walk away. HOA doesn’t do much to control the midges at the pool, so plan for bug spray if you visit in the summer, but the beach was absolutely amazing and we spent every day out there. Overall would definitely recommend a stay here!

Short beach getaway!

Barbara's condo was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with all the supplies you would need for a vacation. Easy access to pool and beach. Nice view of both the pool and beach as well. Beach was nearly empty which was great! Easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity, but most within a 10 minute drive. The kitchen was superbly stocked with cooking utensils, so eating in is very easy! Communication with owner is excellent! Would highly recommend as a rental!

Lovely Visit

We had a wonderful visit at Crescent Beach and St. Augustine. We're very familiar with Four Winds and have stayed at various condos there for over 10 years. This unit was very nice. It was stocked well with starter basics, had enough towels and washcloths for each person to have one (we did have to wash them each night), and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The views from the balcony were just as pictured. We had a little trouble with our keyless entry pad the first couple of days, but once it was determined the unit needed a new battery, we were able to change it (with Barbara's kind assistance) and that was that. All appliances worked as they should -- we loved the BIG washer and dryer and the icemaker kept up with demand all week. The furniture was comfortable as well as the beds. We had some back and forth phone calls with Barbara the first few days and she always responded quickly and was helpful to us. We would stay here again and recommend it highly.

Fabulous view from condo!

We had a wonderful week at this condo! If we weren't having our coffee on the beach to watch the sunrise, then we were sitting on the balcony enjoying breakfast and the beautiful view. In April, the sun was rising just at the corner of the building, so you can still enjoy it without leaving the condo. The unit is spacious with a full kitchen, which we really appreciated. We were able to make nice meals, and pack our cooler bags with picnic lunches for our daily adventures. Having a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer make it so easy to pack light and really enjoy the vacation. We found the master bed comfy, and loved that we could hear the surf when we opened the window. And what a wonderful breeze when we opened the 2nd bedroom window! The upstairs full bathroom actually has a huge double shower, and the downstairs full bathroom has a small shower stall. We appreciated having two full bathrooms with showers instead of tubs. The condo is a 2-story townhouse, located on the 2nd floor of the building, so there's exterior steps up to the 2nd level of the building where you find the condo's lower level main entrance. On the first level, you'll find the smaller bathroom, kitchen, living area, washer/dryer, and the balcony (did I mention it has a wonderful view of the ocean??). A set of stairs leads you up to both bedrooms and the larger full bathroom on the 2nd level of the condo. The grounds are beautiful with lots of colorful hibiscus and fragrant hedges. There are two heated pools, but we only utilized the pool just outside the condo. And yes, it was warm! We stayed the first full week of April, and the pool was at least 83-85 degrees! We loved the proximity to Matanzas Inlet barely a mile down the road, and Washington Oaks just a few miles further. Flagler Beach is an easy ride, as is St. Augustine Beach and downtown areas. We found that taking the 206 across to US-1 made it really easy to go north to our favorite Publix, into downtown St.Aug, or just to hop on 95 to go where ever! The condo is really a great central location to get just about any where with relative ease. The owner was super friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. Would love to stay here again. Thanks Barb!

Relaxing and fun family vacation

What a wonderful stay! We have 3 kids ages 4-16 and there was something for everyone without ever leaving the property. Barbara was an exceptional host. Communicative and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure it was a great stay. My only complaint: our vacation end date eventually came. I only hope we get to return in the future.

Great place on a great beach.

Very peaceful beautiful beach only steps away. Ocean view from the balcony and windows. Great for families. Only thing to take note of is you have to climb stairs to get to the unit, bedrooms, and the beach. So not good for ADA. I would definitely stay there again.

Would stay here again

This unit had everything you need to feel right at home. Great proximity to the beach and a nice pool as well; however, weather was not the best when we visited in January 2022.
