Great beach location; very comfortable condo

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and such an easy walk to the beach. Nice to have the pool too. We liked having chairs to use at the beach and appreciated all the kitchen amenities and towels. Made it easy to relax!

wonderful winter getaway

We found the condo to be all that we expected and more - tastefully decorated, spacious, well stocked and extremely comfortable. It is obvious that Skip and Elisabeth have a great deal of pride in their home on Butler Beach. And the location, quiet and so close to the beach, was perfect. We hope that we might be able to return another year.

Everything was as it was listed and pictured. Very close walk to the beach. Had everything you would need for the beach. Communication was amazing and any issues that popped up were immediately addressed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful well equipped condo

This is one of the best equipped beach residences I have ever rented. From the beach chairs, toys, etc. to the towels and kitchen wares everything was hospitable and made for an easy stay. The condo is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. The master suite is spacious! We enjoyed the convenience to the beach and to St. Augustine. Well done! I would certainly stay here again!

Spring Break

We stayed here for a week over spring break. Condo had everything you would need to stay in the entire time. But we definitely went out for dinners. Very short drive up A1A to restaurants and pier. Downtown St Augustine not much further. This location is a minute walk to the beach and the room came with everything but a beach blanket for posting up on the beach all day. We would definitely book this again when visiting St Augustine.

A Little Bit of Paradise

This condo rental was just as the pictures and described and was even better! It was perfect for our family get away for the 4th of July week. The weather was perfect and the condo had a comfy home feeling! Everything we needed was there and the Special Little touches made it even more comfortable. The owner ā€œSkipā€ was a absolute pleasure to work with and was very prompt in his responses! The swimming is just steps away and maybe a easy 2 minute walk down to the beach! We canā€™t wait to come back! You canā€™t go wrong with renting this beautiful condo!

Excellent Family Vacation Destination

Our family had a great time staying at this condo! The beach was just a short walk away and the wagon and beach chairs that were provided were very helpful. We are a family of 5 so we have a lot of stuff to lug back and forth:). The condo was very clean and well cared for. There were plenty of towels and linens and I think the bed in the main room was the most comfortable bed I have slept in! It just felt like home right away. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed being in an area on the beach that wasn't as busy as the beaches that are closer to downtown St. Augustine. The drive to St. Augustine was only about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and there was a grocery store within 5 minutes. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

What an amazing condo! Don't hesitate to stay here!!

This lovely condo was perfect for our family get-together! It is spotless and spacious. Skip was so kind and fast to respond. The condo is steps from the pool or the ocean. The master bed is sooo comfy! (seriously- if I coulda fit in my pocket :) It is like sleeping on a cloud!!! The kitchen had everything and washer and dryer was a wonderful addition. The second bedroom had a queen bed and bunk beds along with its own bathroom. The beach has a lifeguard, water is warm, the sand is so soft and it was not very crowded. You can even drive on the beach if you have a 4x4 so look out for Jeeps and trucks. The location was easy to find with a dollar store, fish market, restaurants and Publix all a minute or two away. St Augustine is close as well and fun to wander. Beachcomber was a great place for dinner and is right on the beach. The Cuban place next to the dollar store was AMAZING and is nearly across the street! You can also grill and chill or even order in if you choose. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo. Relaxation and enjoying time with our son and his fiance' was our focus and this condo made that a reality! Our stay was such a great experience from start to finish! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Adult get away

My friends and I rented two condos for a kid free vacation. This condo was beautiful. It was close to the pool and the beach. Was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The condo also provided beach chairs and a wagon which was helpful and saved some packing room. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Great place

We loved our 4 nights here. The 2 bedroom has a lot of space and allowed for our 4 kids and us to relax. The quick walk to the beautiful beach was perfect. It was very clean and well equipped for cooking. The pool and clubhouse was great and never crowded. Weā€™d love to go back again!

The Condo we stayed in was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. Only complaint would be that the TV was missing in the guest bedroom. Weather did not cooperate for the most part but we did enjoy our unit Thank you!

A true gem!

We have been renting in this area for over 10 years and this place is one of the absolute best finds ever! We will definitely book again. My mom is in her 90s and she loved sitting on the deck in the rocking chair reading. Loved having beach chairs, towels and other sports items at hand. The Christmas tree was a beautiful touch!

This beachfront condo is in a very special area with amazing ocean views! The beach is steps from the condo and the beach is very large with a very private feel. The inside of the condo is recently remodeled and is surprisingly large for a condo.
