With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Close to the Boardwalk and lots to do nearby. Breakfast was better than most places. Room was clean and newly renovated. Bad side was renovations on other rooms were ongoing and loud.

Awesome place to book! Will book here again!

The location of this place is awesome! And the price was even better. Very nice pool area, short distance walk to the beach, wash off area for when you leave the beach, the included breakfast buffet was a HUGE bonus and it was delicious! The main parking garage is secured with a pin that you must enter before it will let you in however, the parking garage get full very quickly. Good thing they have an over flow parking garage next door with the other hotel. We used overflow parking everyday except for the day we checked in and had no problems.

The room was clean and we enjoyed the ocean and the ladies at the front desk was a big help. The breakfast is a different story there bacon wasn't cook all the way through thanks for asking may God keep you in every area of your life's

Clean but average

Clean Room pillows were very comfortable just small. I selected this location for its hot tub after having recent back surgery and the hot tub was literally 1ft deep. It's basically a kiddie pool and very disappointing. It was a descent room for 90 dollars but with all the fees it was 195. Not worth that much it's a basic hotel room w a view thats it. Ice machine on 1st and 3rd floor and 1st floor broken or no ice.

Great place for the money.

The room has begun a big makeover. Still some updating to be done. Lamp shades were rusted, mold on the bathroom trim, safe was rusted. Great start. Keep going. With a few more upgrades you could easily charge more. The hotel…. Poor. Employees couldn’t be lazier. Most of them standing around on their phone and socializing. Obviously very little management on-site with none of the processes audited. Trash was on floor #6 the whole 4 nights we stayed. The floor outside the elevators and to the rooms were never swept or moped. The pool… dirt was washed off the stone around the pool into the pool. Never seen anyone spend more than 2 minutes cleaning the pool, sweeping or adding chemicals. Overall. The room was acceptable and worth the price but hotel lacks processes and procedures.

Nice resort

The resort is very nice, check in and out was simple. Staff was very nice. The free breakfast buffet at magnolias was very good. The room was nice and was also clean but had a very stale smell. Would stay here again

I loved the location. We all loved the free breakfast, mini golf and watermark tickets! Even though the beach was crowded, the ice machines and elevators were always working!

Never Disappointed!

This is our Second time booking this resort and each time was a great experience. We love the free breakfast buffet we get from across the street at the Magnolia. We also enjoy the great quality pick of free dvd rentals! We will be returning soon!
