With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxing but fun trip

So me and my bf decided to go to Myrtle for a little getaway and we stumbled across this listing with no hesitation just booked it. After we did our research of the hotel this listing was located at we were hesitant because of the uncleanliness reviews but OMG this property exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised with how clean this place was. My bf loved the breakfast and we both loved the mini golf they offered. Overall great price for this location and it’s great for a quick getaway!

Great views, extremely friendly staff!

The Carolinian is a great place to stay. The free breakfast at Magnolias’ was very good. The view from my room was amazing. The entire place was extremely clean. But above all, the staff was outstanding! They were all very friendly and helpful.

The key fob was terrible. Had to hit the numbers several times and then it would go red and have to do it all over again, No hot tub it had been down for several weeks. The door would stick and u have to slam it shut. Overall the place was great . Should have had an ice machine on the 10th floor but you had to go either to the first or third floor to get ice. The room was clean as well as the building. I would stay there again .

Beautiful ocean view but the smell of marijuana was unbearable

I couldn’t have asked for a better view. It was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was great. Very spacious. The bathroom was a little tight, I was thankful for the mirror outside the bathroom so my husband and I could get ready at the same time. The kitchen space was just enough, it was great having a fridge and a microwave. We didn’t use the stove so I cannot comment on that. The floors were very pretty, but dirty. I’m sure having a room at the beach would be next to impossible to keep super clean. With that said, I found myself wishing we had at least one rug to wipe my feet on. Especially just walking from the bathroom to get into bed. I was having to keep a towel close by just to wipe my feet so I wouldn’t get sand/dirt in the bed. Now for the building and 10th floor review. I was extremely disappointed in the amount of smoke we could smell, especially since you advise the building is no smoking…and it wasn’t cigarettes it was marijuana. I couldn’t sit on the balcony without being chased inside from the smell, at one point the entire 10th floor smelled so bad. I reported it to the front desk and they used a lemon deodorizer to mask the smell. I had to put a towel on the floor in front of our door to keep the smell out. Every time I got on the elevator the smell was horrible. This factor alone will keep us from staying here again. I can’t even imagine if we would’ve brought our children with us.

Not what I expected

The room was dirty and smelled bad. The curtains and bedspread had stains on them. The chair was so nasty that I didn't want to sit on it. However, the room was quiet on the top floor which was what I was looking for.

Excellent Place in Myrtle Beach!

The room and the view were close to perfect! Clean, comfortable bed, nice kitchen and awesome view! Also free breakfast buffet at Magnolias was really good and it's only a 300 foot walk away! However, no full size fridge, the fridge we had was packed with ice in freezer section and melted all over our stuff in fridge. Took a day to replace it. They also have laundry but NO WAY to provide quarters so we had to go to a laundromat. We also had to wait an hour past the 4pm check in time to get our room even though they had 6 hours to clean it. Finally, garage is a block away with no security there. They should have a 24 guard on site with the money they are raking in.
