With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location location location!!! was the best part of the unit. There were two balconies so we could watch the sunrise from one and the sunset from the other. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade and Broadway at the Beach were only a 5 minute drive.

Spacious and convenient for family get away

Access to the beach was grand. The commute to stores and attractions was very close. Me and my family had a enjoyable time. Hopefully next year they can get the Jacuzzi up and running ;)

Fantastic Stay

The views from this condo are the best. The place was very clean,the only criticism I can say is it really could use a new frig. Staying at the Carolinian was super easy and there is so much within walking distance.Look forward to staying here again

Staying in an beachfront property with several amenities was lovely! However, the property should consider updating the furnishings to include more style and comfort.

Awesome location, easy parking

It was awesome being on beach front, along with having access to everything within 5 min away. We drove a 14 passenger van, and it was a tight squeeze, but we used the parking garage for an entire week with no complications. THERE IS ALWAYS PARKING. We would come back here again.

Needs Work

The location of this resort is great. The view from the room is amazing. But that’s about it. When you pull in for registration it is very busy and chaotic. There are employees there with reflective vests on but they do not do anything more than stand there. It is such a tight chaotic mess…my friends brand new vehicle was clipped by a very large pickup truck tryin to squeeze through. When the parking attendant was asked if they saw it they answered in the affirmative but would not assist us to flag down the guest to get their information. My friend had to run after the truck herself but luckily got their insurance information. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. When I complained about it I was ask if I found any cigarette butts, which if I did I would have started with that, and then I had to wait until onsite employees to contact me. They did an hour later after we had opened the balcony doors and let it air out which did help. She didn’t know what she could do to fix that but said I can send a housekeeper up to try and fix it. The pictures are deceiving…the floors are all scraped up and there are gaps in the boards where the flooring seems to have shifted. I was in a boot due to a fractured ankle and almost got my boot caught in one of the gaps in the flooring boards. We left for dinner to the parking garage to get our vehicles. The elevator was broken…it wouldn’t go up or down. My friends had to climb five flights and get my vehicle to drive down for me. We decided to just leave. Not impressed. Could be a great property but not people being taken care of or staffed.

Starting with the roaches in the kitchen the day we arrived, this place got progressively worse. Every dingle dish was dirty, the drawers in the kitchen were dirty with food leftovers and grunge. The dishwasher was dirty, broken, and rusty. The floor was absolutely filthy with dust bunnies, hair, dirt. There wasn't even a dust pan so we could clean the floor ourselves. The towels had hairs and smudges on them. The hallways, elevator, and even our balcony constantly smelled of marijuana. It was an awful experience. Vacasa reached out to us the first day to check the cleanliness level and we gave them feedback. At no point, including after the fact, did they send anyone to do anything about it, and haven't shown any interest in trying to refund any of our money. It was an awful experience. It was a Motel 6 experience, but it certainly wasn't Motel 6 pricing. Avoid at all costs. I've never stayed in a place so filthy before.

Great view

The unit was nice and clean and can tell it was updated recently. I rented 2 two bedroom condos and this one did not disappoint, wish I could say the same for the other unit but that’s another review. The unit was bright and clean with a great view, the floor to ceiling windows were a good addition. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Amazing Views

The condo is spacious and comfortable with amazing ocean views. It was clean and had many amenities. It came with free breakfast and water park tickets which was great! We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time!

We would rent again!

The room was spacious. Definately a little dated. Beds were comfy and the view was amazing. Breakfast at Magnolias was great. The pool Definately needs more attention throughout the day. Otherwise a great stay!

Great location

Nice resort on the beach. Slightly dated. Rug and couch were well used (dirty). Everything else in the room was great. A bit musty smelling due to always having sea air and wet suits and towels! Beautiful view from the 18th floor. Amenities were nice and is just over a mile easy walk to the boardwalk.

Best Views!

Incredible views!!! Clean, love the free mini golf, and nice breakfast! The hard floors are so nice and feel clean! The kitchen was well stocked. So nice! My only reason for giving 4 not 5 stars is because the shower did not drain well.

Our family loved this suite! It's true a few things could be updated but none of those things mattered to us! It was perfect, very clean, safe, and comfortable. I meant to call maintenance about the phone and the DVD player but I forgot because we weren't using them. I know maintenance would have been happy to assist us. I noticed other people calling them and they were very helpful and prompt. I will definitely get this room again!

BEAUTIFUL View! Close to Beach! Needs updates

The view from this unit is absolutely perfect!! It sits further out than the other structures so the view it incomparable. It is really close to the beach and the pools. Parking is close by and easily accessible. The unit was as clean as it could be... The unit 1833 really needs updates. The walls have marks and chips all over (a fresh coat of paint would do WONDERS), the floors are coming up a bit, the roof of the patio is decaying, the beds are NOT good, every time you move, they creak and make loud noises. The couch and chair are dirty. Lastly, there is no shower pressure. Overall we had a great time but this unit could really benefit from some TLC.
