- No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises. Carolinian Beach Resort Parking Garage located one block west of the resort on Withers Dr. (2-minute walking distance)

- Carolinian Beach Resort is a SMOKE-FREE resort. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas.

- Maximum guests = 6

Booking and Payment Policy:

A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and Credit Card Verification mandatory.
Starter amenities provided: paper goods, hand soaps, and one laundry pod.
