Your private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy refreshing lunches and dinners al fresco.

Then, come back inside to unwind in the living room, which has been furnished with nothing but guest comfort in mind. Snuggle up in front of the flatscreen TV and watch your favorite show or use the free high-speed WiFi to find the nearest seafood restaurant. Or you might as well take advantage of all the amenities Ocean Park Resort has to offer, including an indoor hot tub, adult pool, and kiddie pool, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and more! Additional on-site services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. Back at the condo, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to channel your inner chef and surprise your loved ones with mouth-watering meals and beach snacks.

Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.
Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.
Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more.
Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Ocean Park Resort 1222/1224 Combo is made up of Ocean Park Resort 1222 and Ocean Park Resort 1224, each of which may be rented separately.
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
