For an escape to the beach look no further! This efficient and comfortable space is the perfect home base for everything the Ocean Park Resort has to offer.

The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

10/10 don’t recommend!! The amount of cameras that are pointed on you is ridiculous for one! Pet friendly lol you have to sign a paper upon checkin that if your dogs bark and they can’t get get ahold of you within 5 minutes then they will come in your room and take your animals to the pound at your cost!! We were afraid to even go to dinner! Electrical hazards. Smells horrible! Blotchy paint jobs!
This is the king room! There is 2 lamps but can only use 1 due to the other not having a plug close or another extension cord lol

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beach and weather were great considering that a tropical storm had just been through.The staff was wonderful and attended to our needs. So very friendly. The condo was just what we needed. A beautiful week at the beach.

Stay at ocean park resort

Overall the room we stayed in was dingey and in need of serious upgrades for the price we paid for one night. View was nice & wifi was good. Will never stay in a dog friendly hotel again; just not clean. Check-in was over an hour late due to no pillow cases. And instead of asking if we were okay to go to the room and wait for them, they left us in the car to wait with our 3mo old in a tropical storm warning. They need to clean the rooms more thoroughly as well.

Nice room, questionable building

Overall, we had a nice stay, and I’m happy with the room. There’s obviously some wear and tear on the furniture because it’s a room that allows dogs, but we also brought our dogs, so we get it. The view is amazing, and the location is great. The bedsheets and bathrooms were clean when we arrived, but in the property itself – – elevators and stairwells – – we saw several cockroaches and one dead rat. We also killed two cockroaches in the bathroom we were staying in. Obviously not a great sign… The kitchen Doesn’t have much, so you would need to bring your own things. Again, not the worst experience, but the building definitely could be maintained better.

Decent

The room was very spacious, and it’s in a great location. Our room seemed pretty clean when we first arrived, but by the end of our stay, we saw two cockroaches, and a dead rat in the stairwell. The furniture is pretty beat up, but we brought our dogs with us, so I guess that’s what you expect from a place that allows dogs. We didn’t mind that much. Overall, we had fun, but I probably wouldn’t book here again just because of the lack of cleanliness.

The property was nice and clean. The best thing was our 2 small dogs being allowed and it is the primary reason we chose this oceanfront condo for our 5 adult family vacation. It has an outstanding oceanfront balcony and also a 2nd balcony with an angle view. Very nice amenities, staff and clean with plenty of space and access to Myrtle Beach! Gave only 4 stars because the 2nd shower not draining and condo needs some upgrades like new furniture. Will certainly stay again and highly recommend.

We stayed here to bring our 2 small dogs with our family of 5 adults. It was pleasant and we like...

The amenities were great like the hot tubs/pools and beach access and of course location to all of Myrtle Beach. Bringing our 2 small dogs was the best! Staff was friendly and always cleaning! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Quiet, clean, and perfect for our getaway.

We enjoyed our stay! Overall it was perfect for what we needed for kids and our pets. Beds were comfortable, grounds and rooms were clean, and everything advertised is what we experienced. We will definitely be back and recommend to others!

The pictures shown must have been from YEARS ago. When you walked into the suite its dark (most of the lighting doesnt work) and dingy. Cabinets were crooked and dirty. Baseboards were dirty. Great stay overall

We loved it here. The security was great however, all the numbers were a bit hard to remember for the locks but im glad to have that security. I just wish the keypads werent so sensitive to the timing. The only other issue was that the pools were way too cold. I think people would enjoy the pools more if they were heated. At least September thru may.

Very Happy

After reading reviews and driving up at the resort, I was so afraid I would regret booking here. (Not the best part of town) But I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of 922/924. The building itself is older and isn’t fancy or modern but its elevators worked, didn’t smell bad, of course there were a few times I smelled weed aroma but I can’t think of anywhere I’ve been lately that I haven’t smelled it. The dressers are old and scuffed but I don’t put my clothes in there anyway soooo. Had LVP everywhere except the kitchen which was tile. Kitchen was all that was needed for a spring break stay. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice and fresh. The king bedroom tub has some spots that looks as though someone used a cleaner not meant for the finish but it was clean from top to bottom(yes I looked) I saw a lot of comments about the ac not working but I can’t speak on that. It was pretty cool during my trip so ac wasn’t an issue. All in all I’ll say this, the place had plenty of room, very clean and staff was very very nice. I would definitely stay here again
