Nice Furology dog spa on 1st floor of OP Resort. Weekly 7-night min. stay from Sat to Sat. Only from April - Sept. We have had an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau since 2007. We have been in business since 1994. Our final letter is mailed to you with: 2 MB OP1208 condo keys, 2 parking passes, map, rules, door lock code, pool wristbands, owner rental agreement, all. Therefore, we require your mailing address.

Historical reviews of all our home rentals since 2007 are available from owner. Sorry, no cats! 1-2 small non-fighting type dogs okay, if under 40 lbs. per dog. Non fighting type dogs only, per Ocean Park Resort HOA. We’re sorry, NO - pit bull terriers, staffordshire terriers, Rottweilers, German shepherds, presa canarios, mastiffs, chow chows, Doberman pinschers, Akita’s, wolf hybrids, cane corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan malamutes, boxers, Siberian huskies, any bulldogs, etc., and mixes of these breeds and other breeds may apply! The OP HOA & property manager - RAM are now getting tough on their new dog policy and can and may REMOVE these type dogs from the OP Resort. Renter agrees to rent our home listed for the subject dates and times for stated rent fee, and accept and obey all resort / HOA rules and owner vacation home rental agreement, as shown online at Owner page and will be provided in our final confirmation letter to you.

Our OP1208 condo is a direct oceanfront, on top 12th floor with Spectacular direct oceanfront views, 2BR/2BA at the Ocean Park Resort #1208 at 1905 S. Ocean Blvd. Condo is on the top 12th floor with spectacular ocean views, sleeps 6 max. on 2 queens and 2 futons in den. Condo upgraded every year. 2nd new refrigerator in 11/22. New flat top range, new dishwasher and new microwave under cabinet! New balcony carpet in 2/18! 3rd futon in den - 4/24. New 43” smart HDTV in den - 5/24. Condo has spectacular direct oceanfront views! Small dog only Friendly & Free WiFi! We’re Sorry, no cats or other animals.

OP NEW Resort dog policy: must be under 40-lb. weight limit, no aggressive fighting type dogs. 1-2 Dogs max. only and must be up to date on all required vaccinations, under 40lbs. Each. No dogs in pool area or fitness area, must be kept on leash at all times, no bathing of dogs in resort or OP1208 condo bathrooms. Pet owners agree to keep thier pet with them at all times. New - 40 pound dog weight limit. 1-2 dogs max. We’re Sorry, no cats! Small dogs only under 40 lbs. and Not an attack or fighting type dog. New dog spa on first floor: FURology for dog grooming, hair cuts, bathing, day care, etc.

Condo Recently upgraded. New 43” smart 4K HDTV & 2 new 32” HDTVs in both bedrooms. We have completed nearly $25,000 of renovations / upgrades to this condo since 2005. Owner Just painted condo interior light gray - Aria color.

Condo & Resort are Great for family vacation! Enjoy this direct oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo on top 12th floor with spectacular panoramic view of the ocean from the top twelveth floor! Spacious 1000 square feet, sleeps 6, and includes a full kitchen oceanfront den, oceanfront master bedroom, second bedroom and two balconies. 2 new queen beds in each bedroom! Den and master bedroom Balconies are parallel to ocean or direct oceanfront. Our OP1208 condo Sleeps 6 max on two queen-size beds and 2 futons in den. Many new amenities added including: new beds, futon in den, new plumbing, new appliances, HVAC, faucets and toilets.

Five to ten minute drive to the new oceanfront boardwalk, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Commons, Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Pavilion, The Palace, public tennis and basketball courts and parks, hundreds of restaurants, outlet stores, shops, grocery stores, numerous golf courses, churches, casino boat tours, theaters, and near everything. Also, fifteen to twenty minutes drive to House of Blues and Barefoot Landing. New WalMart Market nearby (0.2 miles).

Two private porches overlooking ocean from den and master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer, armoire with new HDTVs, Sanyo DVD/CD/MP3 player in den and home stereo with CD player, AM/FM stereo and cassette player. 3 HDTV's in den & both bedrooms. New HVAC, recliner, 2 double sleeper futons in den, new carpet, new hardwood floors in kitchen, recliner and private covered parking.

Our Ocean Park #1208 condo is also about one mile from the Market Commons shopping area beside MB Internation Airport, which is a huge shopping and retail area featuring places like Tommy Bahama Cafe, PF Cheng's, China Bistro, Ultimate California Pizza, Orvis, Grand 14 Cinema, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Barnes & Noble, Bath & Body Works, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, etc. Broadway at the Beach is also easily accessible, as well as Ripley's Believe it Or Not Aquarium, and tons of other attractions. Barefoot Landing is about 15 miles from the resort. New WalMart Market within walking distance (0.3 mile).

Rate includes all & utilities, clean linens and towels, and condo is cleaned before and after your stay. Stewart was an absolute amazing host! He was very responsive and answered all my questions. The check in was seamless. The property was in perfect area. The condo had stunning views enough room for us to spread out and enjoy our week there. The condo was clean and met all our needs. Looking forward to staying there again next year for jeep Jam 2026.

The unit needs a lot of updating. Kitchen cabinet doors would not stay closed. You couldn’t open the silverware door unless you opened the door on the stove. One of the beds had a rubber topper on it and it was just a regular piece of foam. The whole unit needs to be updated.

The condo was exactly as listed. It was super clean. The washer & dryer were useful as we were able to bring less clothing with us. The kitchen did have newer stove, microwave & dishwasher and so many dishes! The condo does have carpeting, except for the kitchen and bathrooms. It would update the condo if the carpeting would be removed. The furnishings were clean, but clearly older and not very comfortable. Beds slept well. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this dog-friendly condo in Myrtle Beach! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions.What really stood out to us was how responsive and helpful the owner, Stewart Hines, was. When we mentioned that a couple of the balcony chairs were worn, he didn’t hesitate—he replaced them right away, making sure we could fully enjoy the beautiful ocean view. That kind of attentiveness and care truly makes a difference.Being able to bring our dog made the trip even more special, and the area is very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a worry-free, well-cared-for, pet-friendly vacation spot in Myrtle Beach!

It’s a nice property but the room needs to be up dated & new pots & pans , We had 3 Pitt bulls at the property , & on the last night the guests next door want to play there music very loud I to get security to come & talk to them they cut it down for a little while

Great location

Very nice location. There seems to be too much furniture in the condo. Also the beds should be upgraded. We really enjoyed our visit. The fact that it was pet friendly was a definite plus for us.

Great experience as far as the condo and onsite amenities its self. A few of the rooms of people staying at the resort and the day time make and few females on the janitorial staff themselves were odd/sketchy acting and through my work experience as a drug recognition specialist/gang unit I observed them and found many “coincidental” Situations and behaviors that highly indicate drug trafficking on A moderate to medium level to mainly the woman staying at the resort but did go beyond the resort with many individuals not tied to the resort It should be a high concern.

Great Location

Location was fantastic, personnel for the complex were polite and very professional. Property is very well kept up. Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs are perfect for when there are rough oceans and chilly winds. Lots to do in the immediate area. Would definitely stay there again.

Left early

Property was in severe need of repair to bathroom ceilings and kitchen floor. Furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Spaces under kitchen counter where washer and dryer were placed was left totally unfinished. Overall it was a depressing environment. I would not recommend to anyone. We left 4 days early. There were roaches in the kitchen.

The facilities were dated, but ok. We were FALSELY accused of throwing A PIECE of a BROWNIE off the balcony and they called the cops before they even followed thru themselves. They tried to get us to admit we did it. When I asked to see the video they refused. When I asked to let the OFFICERS see the video they refused and walked away. I told them we didn’t even have anything resembling a brownie in the room and asked them to search. They refused. They threatened to evict us at 11:30 at night! When I pressed them to show the officers proof they backed down. However, the rest of the stay we were walking on eggshells. The staff wouldn’t even talk to us and when they did they were cold and rude. When we would walk thru the lobby they would glare at us. I will NEVER STAY at Ocean Park Resort again and would NEVER recommend it to ANYONE!

Ocean Park 1208

We especially enjoyed the location of this property. It is oceanfront with beautiful views and sounds. Being on the top floor was nice also. My only negative is that the futons and beds were not comfortable. They all need replacing. While not affecting the function of the unit, the decor is old and outdated. It needs refurbishing.

Daisy's first beach trip!

Great place for pets! Was disappointed that staff did not alert guest that the entrance and exit to property were going to be blocked Saturday morning for the Shriners parade at9am! Check out was at 10 we normally are out y 9am, we would have been blocked in if I had not ask someone in the elevator what the stands were for along the road! It was a great vacation and staff friendly
