The apartment has an open floor plan. The spacious living room features a wide-screen smart TV and a comfy sofa, where you can relax after a long day in the city. The adjacent dining table is perfect for hosting a family dinner.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. There is a washing machine if you need to do the laundry.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second has a convertible sofa bed and a baby crib. The beds are made of complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Montrouge is a charming commune located in the southern suburbs of Paris. It is home to several beautiful parks, including the lovely Parc Montsouris. This park is a great place to relax and enjoy nature, and it also features many attractions, including a lake, a children's playground, and a cafe. In addition, there are some lovely squares in Montrouge, including the square du Serment-de-Koufra and the square du Chanoine-Viollet. The Catholic Church of the Sacred Heart in Gentilly is also well worth a visit. There are several excellent restaurants and cafes in the area, including Au Timbre Poste and Bistro Le Physalis. Finally, Montrouge is well served by public transport, with metro stations Mairie de Montrouge and Barbara within easy walking distance.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Mairie de Montrouge (line 4), is just a 7-minutes walk. Alternatively, Barbara station (line 4) is also 7 minutes away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
