Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Oceanfront condo located in the Grand Victorian. Grand Victorian large ocean front unit with unobstructed ocean views from every room! Private deck overlooking the amusement park with a view of the ocean. Great deal for a families! Sleeping for 6. Central heat and a/c, but a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and bar ware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.

Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

Everything worked out!!! We were very fortunate to have this beautiful condo with lovely amenities and breathtaking views to gather our family for Thanksgiving. We happened to meet by chance the woman who tends to the condo, keeps it spotless and welcoming with flowers and candy. She is a peach, pure joy. Hope to have many return stays.

The condo was very clean and spacious with a great view. Right now (Nov) there is a lot of noise from construction going on right below in street but the condo is pretty good about blocking out sound so it didn’t bother us, but might others. It was a secure building on the corner so no neighboring unit noise. We very much enjoyed our stay, would like to do it again, this time not in 40-50 degree weather. Most of the dining and shops close up this time of year but we were still able to walk to get coffee drinks, and great food at Cafe 64 and make some charm bracelets st Kelp and enjoyed Lisa’s Pizza right up the road from condo.
Taken on first day, chilly and rainy but still a gorgeous site.
Taken a few days later, sunny and beautiful. There is a long stretch of beach to walk/run if you want.

This condo has a prime location right at the entrance to the pier. It has immediate access to shops and restaurants downtown. The condo is very roomy, clean and quite comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo right off the beach, facing the ocean. Love the open layout. Beautiful sunrises! Great place for a family. It is located right next to an amusement park and pier arcade, which I maybe wouldn’t prefer for an adult only vacation, but walking distance to some good restaurants and bars.

Our family had the best week!! We have stayed at this property before and it didn’t disappoint the second time! Very clean and perfect location! Also, I was very impressed by your upgraded stackable washer/dryer, it was super quiet! Love it, thinking of getting my own! Thank you again!

Perfect

Our 4 day 3 night stay was absolutely perfect. The communication and check-in process was seamless. The accommodations were exactly as described in the write-up but even more beautiful in person. Very clean, everything that was needed was available. Decorated perfectly, so pleasant, open and bright!! The 2 bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for the accommodations that we needed, very roomy. 2 patios, the one facing the ocean is where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning sunshine before taking a 6 mile walk on the beautiful beach when the tide is out so gorgeous!! In the afternoon we sat on the deck facing the center and enjoyed the people watching. We had beautiful weather all four days. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Perfection!!!

My family of 5 vacationed from Dec. 28th through Jan. 6th and could not have asked for a better experience!The condo had more than enough room for 2 adults and 3 children and the property looked just as pristine in person as it did in the photographs. The location is majestic as there are a number of windows as well as the deck that face right out to the ocean.Many of the businesses within walking distance had closed for the season, but that was just fine for us as it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Further in town we were able to find a number of open restaurants and a grocery store. In addition, the town of Saco is just a short drive south and Portland is only a 20 minute drive north.On a drive to Portland we found an incredible Seafood market and decided to stock up for a few nights of home cooking. The kitchen area had everything necessary to cook up an incredible 5 course meal!The reviews are correct that there is a train that occasionally runs nearby and through the night, however it is gone just as quickly as it arrives. My wife is an incredibly light sleeper and yet she never had issues with the noise.The only setback was maintenance to the indoor pool while we were there. The owner confirmed that the pool was open year round, however we were unable to use it during our stay.We are already planning a trip in the summer to enjoy the next door amusement park and nearby food and shops!Owner is incredibly quick to respond...A

4 seniors had a fantastic time!

Steve (owner) got right back to us with an easy to follow video how to use the TV. Bill (manager) very attentive though he was out of state. This place is very nice! Can't say enough about it being a great location. We came during the off season

Of all the units to rent in Grand Victorian, this one sit oceanfront directly facing down the historic OOB Pier. The oceanfront balcony give you an amazing place to watch the sunrise, people watch and also keep an eye on family members enjoying the beach. The oversized side deck, provides seating for 8 people to have front row seats for the weekly OOB fireworks. No need to fight for a good spot or keep the kids up late trekking into town. Indoor pool, gym and sauna to enjoy on rainy days or in colder months. Walk out your door and have all that OOB has to offer within a minutes walk.
