Expansive ocean view! Over 1200 square feet! Beachfront 2 bedroom, 2nd floor (with elevator). End unit in The Brunswick, famous for its restaurant and live music. Bands play day and night in the summer from 1:00 pm to 1:00 am.
You have the best seats in the house on your balcony. The music is loud so if that’s not for you, you should consider the quieter months. The largest balcony in all of Old Orchard!
In the quieter winter months you can relax and listen to the waves.
Main bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors with amazing ocean views. Very clean! 3 minute walk to The Pier and all of downtown. 20 minutes to Portland.feet!

This place is so clean and spacious. The bed is so comfortable and the sheets were very soft! It is convenient to everything! We could walk to shops and restaurants. And the view is amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay and Wendy it’s a wonderful host.

Spacious apartment with amazing ocean views. We loved the music and enjoyed being able to dance right on the deck. Beds were comfortable too!

Amazing Time and Stay as always. We had a great time enjoying the beach, bands, and day trips from this amazing condo right in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. The host Wendy is always accommodating and the place is always clean continuously being updated. We love this vacation and it has become yearly staple. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Beautiful Views and comfortable stay

The deck overlooking the ocean was a beautiful way to start and end each day. Very comfortable beds and extremely spacious! Location was perfect. Host was very responsive! Would stay here again!

If only it wasn’t raining…

The only bad thing about the stay was the rain - sun came out the day we left. Place was amazing - clean, spacious and the view was spectacular that last day. Parking and checking in was a breeze. Wendy was quick to respond to my questions - overall it was a great place to stay!

Great Week at the Beach

We had an amazing time. The property was clean and the perfect location. We found everything we needed was available. We had a great week at the beach and the host was extremely attentive and accommodating. We can't wait to return next year.

Weekend getaway

Overall we had a great time here. Very well equipped for our family. With the tavern downstairs and some live music, it made it even more fun dancing outside on the shore of old orchard. Our family loved the games that were already here, keeping us all entertained. Hoping they can get there washer and dryer fixed! That was really the only downfall which is really minor. We loved our stay overall and would recommend this to someone staying in maine.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your time there with the family. Just to let you know, we do not offer a washer dryer in the unit. It is not in our listing.

Amazing Vacation

This is the perfect place for beach access. Close to everything including the pier. Its fun for the kids and the wife and I love the ability to walk out on the balcony and watch the live bands at night. The place was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, and the host was amazing and responsive.

Perfect Place

Wonderful condo with enormous rooms (including the bathroom!), perfect location, beautiful view. The host is very responsive and I really appreciated it since this was my first rental experience. We'll definitely try to come back!

Amazing Weekend

Wow we have the best weekend. It was perfect for the kids, beach pier, activities in walking distance. And perfect for the adults, we sat on the balcony and watched the live music and enjoyed the sunset. Our host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly, the condo was super clean and a great space to relax in and enjoy our time away from home.

A very spacious and conveniently located condo on the beach! It was clean and was very well equipped. Some of the furniture and carpeting needed replacing. Unfortunately, we not informed that this condo and gorgeous deck was directly over a very loud and active outdoor stage and beach bar. They crank live music 12 hours per day..2 live bands. Day and until midnight each night… we could not sit on deck or enjoy as we could not hear each other and music so loud we were unable to sleep until it stops after midnight. If we had full disclosure.. we would not have rented this unit. Owner was very helpful and easy to deal with.

The Brunswick Post s known for its live music daily and nightly throughout the summer. The listing does state you have the best seats in the house and the music is loud. I know that’s not for everyone so I suggest staying in the quieter months if it’s not.

The positives: excellent communication from the owner, Wendy. She was extremely responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed - lots of glasses, plates for 12 people, etc., nice filtered water in the fridge and an ice maker in the freezer. The view of the beach was the best we’ve had in 30 years of going to old orchard Beach! The living room was set up nice to gather. What we didn’t like: 1)No washer dryer made available to us. We haven’t rented a condo in 15 years who didn’t allow us to use their washer/dryer. We had to wash kids bathing suits in the tub. What a drag! This was a show stopper for us. 2)The music. Thurs & Fri was like having a rock concert until after midnight! It was so loud - there was no sitting outside It wasn’t just the music / it was the yelling from the crowd. Certainly a fun place! Just not for us. Mon - Wed. was fine. 3) Small things - prison like toilet paper. Yuck. Tiny bath towels like at a cheap motel. One dish towel in the kitchen. No place to put any clothes (like kids undies, socks, etc.) in drawers in the 2nd bedroom. No bureau. We had to put all my kids clothes on the floor of the closet. The cleaners did not clean the kitchen or bathroom floor. Our feet stuck to the floor. I cleaned them when we arrived. There are mirrors everywhere - none of them were cleaned. Fingerprints on all of them. Regardless - it is a beautiful condo and the master bedroom is gorgeous! If you don’t mind the music or no W/D, it’s really nice.

A much needed rest

We’ve been to the Brunswick before and stayed in a one bedroom. Loved it and wanted to come back with friends. Love watching the people at the Swick and listening to the bands. Very nice condo. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed.

Great spot close to everything, good sized rooms that are nicely decorated, awesome view off the huge balcony. Very loud with live music right below but if you know that going in you'll be fine!
