The apartment consists of a bedroom/living room, kitchen, and bathroom, providing a cozy and functional space for your stay. It also features a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day spent at the most beautiful beaches in the Mexican Caribbean.
As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids or pets, they should always be supervised in this area to ensure their safety.
This is a rental for the entire home, meaning you will have complete privacy and access to everything in the apartment. The building is pet friendly, so your furry friends are more than welcome to join you on your vacation. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the vibrant surroundings, your pets will feel right at home here.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● You may be asked to wear a brazalete during your stay, please follow the complex rules as provided by the front desk.
