They thought of everything!!!

Great attention to detail. Valentines weekend and we arrived to a bottle of wine and box of chocolates. There were plenty of towels, full bottle of shampoo and conditioner, bottled water, variety of snacks, coffee and even flavored creamer in the fridge. Very cute, quaint cottage, close to main street and great restaurants. Management was very sweet, kind and quick to respond.

Almost perfect

The house was very neat and cozy. Did notice that a light dusting is needed on the shelves and appliances. Found a desiccated mosquito, likely there for several days, and sand spurs in the carpet in front of the kitchen sink. Nothing to spoil the trip, just minor items.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we stood outside the door to the cabin for thirty minutes because the code sent to us earlier in the day did not work, the management co was trying to get us in, but it did not work.they ended up getting us into a duplex on the property with a master code and said we could stay there for the weekend.the bed was not comfortable, woke with back aches both nights and there was no jacuzzi tub to relax in , which is why we selected the cabin in the first place

Anniversary weekend.

Very cute and cozy little cabin. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The bed however was very uncomfortable and the floor was dirty. I kept picking up lint and hair on my socks and shoes. It was a great place to stay while we visited Fredericksburg.

Nice little cabin, quiet street.

Perfect little cabin for a couple to stay on a quiet street, especially if you are going to be out and about all day and into the night. The bed and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud and the A/C works really well. There were only 2 cons to our stay. 1. Be careful in the shower as there is no happy medium between the hot and cold water. 2. I'm not sure if it's where the wifi router was located but the internet was barely fast enough to work the smart TV much less my laptop for work...but if you don't need the wifi then you will have no issues.

A Charming Cabin property that was clean & generously stocked. There were some inconvenient internet issues that were addressed & resolved by the Property Manager. She was very gracious & accommodating to make our stay in Fredericksburg very enjoyable. The cabin is close to our son's apartment. Everything worked fine. We suggest updating the slow, dialup, speed Wifi and replace the old ice box with a chest of drawers because there is no drawer space in the cabin.

Good Location

Waldrip was adequate. Bed was comfy and AC was great! Wifi was spotted if even available and having 3 remotes was difficult to manage. Plenty of towels. Maybe the amenities, shampoo, etc could be updated. Overall a stay that definitely met our purpose.
