NOTE: One of the buildings within The Village at Breckenridge will be under renovation from late April to Early November 2025. Work hours will be from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. This work will NOT be on the Wetterhorn Building. Construction scaffolding and a crane will be onsite for the duration of the project.

The heart of historic Main Street Breckenridge is less than One Block away.

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME
With Ski In Ski Out access to the base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift, you can Ski Home for lunch or hot chocolate. During the summer, you'll be just a short one block walk to all the great summertime activities along Main Street. The kitchen is fully equipped, including the little extras like a Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Crock Pot, ice maker, cookware, bake ware, utensils, spices, place settings for 12, and more.

You can take a dip in one of the FOUR large onsite hot tubs (waterfalls included) to sooth your weary muscles. Kids of all ages have access to the Recreation/Fitness Center which includes an Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pool (with a children's zero depth entry), Dry Sauna, Steam Room, and a wonderful gathering space with billiards, video games, and televisions. You'll have access to a private movie room, and XBox Gaming room, which is available to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis.

When you've finished your daytime adventures, enjoy the Comfort and Conveniences of home. There's a 42-inch LCD HDTV with in the living room, a 31-inch LCD HDTV and DVD player in the King Bed Master Bedroom suite and a 26-inch LCD HDTV and DVD player in the Queen Bed plus twin pull-out Guest Suite. There's even a DVD Library right In the Condo. If you've already seen our selection, video rentals are available in the lobby of the Resort. There are Board Games and Books (sort of a mini Free Library) for your pleasure, too. There's Room for everyone to kick back and relax in the great room; even a Cozy Gas Fireplace to warm your toes after a long day of skiing and adventure.

When it's time to sleep, rest assured the Beds are Comfortable and include High Quality Linens. In the Master Bedroom Suite, with access to the balcony, there's a King bed, with a View of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift. In the Guest Bedroom Suite, there's a Queen bed and a twin memory foam pull-out. Both bedrooms have their own Full Bathrooms that have been Completely Upgraded with Granite and Tile Surrounds. In the great room, you'll find the 4th bed: a Queen Sleeper Sofa, with a Plush Upgraded 5-inch mattress. High Quality Linens provided, with soap, tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

FUN AROUND TOWN
If you want to venture out and explore historic Breckenridge, All the Fun is just a Short Stroll away. Less than One Block brings you to over 75 Restaurants, 200 Unique Shops, 240 Historic Buildings, 18 Art Galleries/museums, and more. If you want to discover more of Breckenridge and Summit County, the free Breckenridge FREE RIDE and the Summit Stage shuttle bus service will take you just about anywhere you want to go.

BUILDING AND UNIT ACCESS
The Village at Breckenridge Resort is now accessible using The Village APP, providing garage entry, condo entry, and health club access. No more plastic key cards to carry worrying they'll get demagnetized by your cell phone.

PARKING DETAILS
Secure, indoor, heated parking is INCLUDED for ONE CAR only. Spaces in the garage are not reserved, but only those with a valid pass may park in the garage. This means that you will have a space to park, it just may not be in the same place if you move your car. WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER ADDITIONAL PARKING PASSES FOR GUESTS WITH MORE THAN ONE CAR. There are several town lots that offer low cost parking.

CLEANING PROCEDURES
Prior to each guest check-in, the Great Breck Condo will be professionally cleaned, and inspected. We provide liquid hand soap for all sinks within the condo to allow guests easy access to hand washing. There are various cleaning solutions available under the kitchen sink for guest use during your stay.
