This two bedroom luxury One Ski Hill Resort property sleeps six guests and comes with the finest amenities. The kitchen, dining room and living area are set in an open layout so your group can dine and relax together after a full day on the mountain in the comfortable living space. You can take in the gorgeous slopeside views of Peak 8 as you step onto the oversized balcony located right off of the living room!

​​​​​​​LOCATION – The name says it all, One Ski Hill Place. This incredible slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year round. Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.

RESORT AMENITIES – At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, kids' pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. Additional comforts include a fitness center, two movie lounges, a game room, heated underground parking (with free valet service), and the best on-mountain après-ski spot in Breckenridge – the T-Bar. Please note: Resort and Common Area amenities may be closed or have access limited without notice.

Beautifully appointed and very spacious. Kitchen had everything you needed for a great breakfast before heading out to the ski lift a snowball’s throw away. Fairly luxurious digs as far as the rest of the building goes. Ski locker was convenient for easy ski in- ski out. The free shuttle service (Toyota Sequoia) into town was a great bonus and the drivers were very quick to respond!

Great stay at One Ski HIll

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is the second summer in a row that my son and I have stayed in this building for a summer vacation. It is well located and has great amenities for the family. Highly recommend!

Great accommodations and location!

You can't beat the location and convenience of One Ski Hill. Ski in-ski out with the friendliest valets, ski school for the kiddos pretty much right at the doorstep, and a very comfortable 2-bedroom unit facing the slopes. Check-in/check-out was very easy. We would highly recommend!

Second year in a row staying at this property. The location is so unbelievable convenient that we wouldn't stay any other place. Renting skis and the ski valets is the best. Makes a quick trip so much more enjoyable because they are steps away from the property. The property management company is very responsive and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

This is our second year. The rate though travel agent we used last was $1000 more per night for VRBO

Everything was perfect and $1,000 per night less than using a travel agent. The property amenities included a bowling alley and shuttle service that was like having a limo at your disposal. The property has a ski check in at lift that made ski in ski very convenient. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location!

We absolutely loved this VRBO - very clean and in a perfect location. The resort has an adventure park attached to it, and a lively scene during the day. The washing machine wasn't working and they sent someone right away (within hours of our call) to fix it. The free gondola and shuttle is so convenient for visiting main street without having to worry about parking/driving. The ONLY thing that can be improved is adding a full length mirror lol Other than that, it had everything we needed & more! :)

Excellent location and unit!

Unit is very roomy. However there is no “maid service” so if you are staying for a week this could be an issue as the other units do get daily service through the resort. Also towels need to be updated. But excellent location and good unit! 4.5 rating!

Great location and amenities

We had a great time staying here in off season. The property manager messaged us by text and was incredibly responsive. The rooms were great and the building amenities were wonderful for our family. The downstairs parking garage with luggage carts made unloading and repacking a breeze. The only odd thing was they asked us to pick keys up in Frisco which was 20m past Breck for us due to the direction we were coming from. We just asked if there was another way and they changed key pick up/drop off to the Breck office which is very close to the property. TY!

Not quite the deal I was expecting

First of all it was a good thing I was driving in from Denver and had to go through Frisco to get to Breck… having to stop in Frisco to pick up the room keys and parking pass wasn’t expected nor communicated until right before the trip. (Also had to drop the keys and parking pass in the way out). I’m not sure if the owner was aware but the pool and spa and all dining options were closed on property while we were there. We could bowl or play pool though but only after getting a staff member to open the rooms though. Also, not the owners fault but the gondola BreckConnect was closed as well. We saw maybe two other guests while on property as it was off season so it was VERY quiet. The staff was nice, especially Aubrey. He was very friendly.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

Check in was easy and the place was clean and in a fantastic location. The building amenities were also great. Our only comment is that the furniture is a bit dated and not everything is in great condition. The dresser for example fell over on top of us when we pulled out one drawer (the dresser is anchored to the wall by the back panel, but the back panel is thin plyboard and came off the back of the dresser so the dresser separated and fell forward. In addition, one of the dining chairs was missing and the mattresses are old and could probably be replaced. Otherwise, the unit was very comfortable.

OSHP 2025

OSHP is located in the center of Epic Discovery (Summer trip). It is a great family-friendly condo with lots of amenities. The only negative to our trip was the refrigerator and freezer did not work the entirety of our 5 night trip. Property management did bring us two mini-fridges with one having a dedicated freezer. This worked fine for our family in this instance and the only real disappointment was the almost 8hr wait for someone to come check it out and then provide a solution. The only other issue was when we locked ourselves out of the unit (our fault), the property management company is off site and not associated with the condo, so the condo building staff won’t grant you access back to your unit and since it was after-hours, we had to drive to town and wait about 30 minutes for someone to make us a new key, again- our fault, but good info for others. Overall, great location with great amenities (bowling, small market, indoor pool, hot tub both inside and outside and more) and family friendly.
