Chadham 213

This condo was not as nice as some others we have enjoyed at Chadham in previous years. While the bathrooms have been popularly updated, the installation of plumbing was not well done and more towel racks are needed. The vertical blinds should be replaced with curtains and some of the furniture needs replacing. The condo was also not as clean as we have experienced before. However, we still enjoyed our time there.

Our stay at the condo was perfect! It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The proximity to the beach can't be beat, nor can the view! The pool was very clean and warm. We would definitely go back!

Excellent location and nice place

Absolutely made our vacation being so close to the beach! Incredible views of sunrises & sunsets! We even saw dolphins playing! The place was nice.

It could have been better....

We have been clients of Sentry for years at this point and always had a great experience until this year. This was the vacation of Murphy's Law. To start with the ice maker in our condo was not working. The staff at Sentry worked with us and got someone out there to fix it in the next couple days and then the water to the condo was turned off and the ice maker broke again. For the first two weeks there we did not have ice. The staff at Sentry offered to reimburse us for the cost of having to purchase ice but we did not take them up on the offer because we did not want to be an inconvenience. The construction that was going on when we were there left us without water and a few occasions. It also forced use to walk through the construction area to get to the beach or pool. This was a big inconvenience. My daughter actually tripped over the twine they were using to align the concrete forms and I cut my leg when I was directed to walk through the bushes in an attempt to get to the pool. It just seems like the project manager could have accommodated the guests by doing the construction on one side and then the other side to allow for an easy passage to the beach/pool. At the end of our second week the dishwasher broke. The staff at Sentry did send someone out to look at it and the motor was apparently bad and a new motor had to be ordered and it would be more than two weeks until it was fixed. Finally, on the day that we left the elevator was not working. I would like to reiterate that we have been clients of Sentry for years now and have NEVER had a bad experience but this was just the vacation of Murphy's law. We will continue to use Sentry because they did all they could to help us and I know that they are not responsible for the construction and other dilemmas we encountered.

Excellent Ocean View Front and Center

Our most important rental requirement was a direct ocean view and we got it with this 2nd floor unit with a direct ocean view which extended throughout the living area and master bedroom. Nicely updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, living room seating for 6+ comfortably. Kitchen nicely appointed with culinary utensils/devices. Owner keeps a nice 'condiment/spice stash' of 'left behinds' available for future tenants which was welcomed. Large capacity new washer/dryer to easily keep up with the beach laundry. Unit is very comfortable for multi-generational stay with a toddler. (AKA not lots of decorative knick-knacks on surfaces.) Property was quiet for our mid-May visit. Courteous neighbors in all the units. Would stay here again!!

This condo was super comfortable, especially the living area couch and master bed. It came with everything we needed including cookware and beach towels. Bathrooms are recently remodeled and really nice. Artwork and beach accessories are fun.

Stayed at Chadham By Sea complex since 2010 in different units. Like that's its smaller and out of

hustle and bustle. Need to inform renters when redoing and that pool was not available. Had knee replacement and was counting on pool for therapy.

Probably the best experience of my life-being right next to the ocean! Beautiful property. Updated bathroom. Ocean view from the balcony. Saw dolphins from the balcony 3 times during the week we were there! It is a pet friendly place so we enjoyed neighboring tenants having a few good dogs! Overall I would definitely recommend!
