Great location. Perfect size condo for a short get away. We loved all the pool areas. Condo needs a deep clean especially the couch. Sliding door was hard to open, floors need repaired and laundry wasn’t in the room.

Good beach front views

Clean unit, comfortable, dated small kitchenHost very responsive , fixed heating issue quick. Three month stay for us. Resort is outstanding. Love heated pools, hard working staff, Quarterdeck Bar can get loud. Good off season value.

Perfect Vacation

Great Location/Great Host

The rental was exactly as listed. The host was easy to work with and very responsive to messages. The rental was clean and the location was perfect! This was our 2nd year renting here and we will be back again!

Great Place

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. Pool was very close by. Was very relaxing to listen to the waves of the ocean from the balcony. I would just suggest giving a bit more clarity on the fact that it was a community laundry room

Overall beautiful and loved every minute of our stay , view, accommodations , and location. My only complaint is if u have large children under 18 little titght . But highly recommend.... host was awesome!

Wonderful Experience

This property was amazing for our family of 5, 3 kids ages 6,4,2. The accessibility from the room to the pool, beach and parking lot was great! The condo was clean and as described! We’d most definitely stay here again and have already been looking into next year!

My husband and I decided to go to one of our favorite places…the beach. I found this condo on vBRO at a VERY good price! It was clean, owner communicated quickly, and was on the fist floor. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Perfect Vacation

This was our second time in this condo. It’s the perfect size for me, my husband and my son. The master bed is comfy and I slept like a baby each night. There is bunk beds in the hallway that my son loves and also a pullout couch(we didn’t have to use it this time). The kitchen is perfect for us and came with everything we needed. I loved that it had 2 different coffee pots as well. One is for pods and the other you can make a big pot. The view is the best part! We love looking out at the pool and ocean each morning. We also love that we don’t have to deal with any elevators since it’s on the first floor. The owner Shannon is very nice and responsive for anything you have concerns with. We loved our vacation and already booked the same condo for next years vacation.

Great Place

I was very happy with how clean it was. It had everything we needed. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of linens and towels. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Loved how close to the beach and ocean we were.

Owner is not close . Needs more inspection for cleaning of the maiden service. After we cleaned a little better we had a great stay!!

Clean, safe, and excellent location!

Compact space but more than adequate for my wife, daughter, and me. Location to the beach was excellent. The shower was the highlight for me. Parking is a pain but this is out of the owner's hands, of course. Generally, I would let the girls out at the walk-up and circle back through to park, but I can see it being problematic for other individuals. All in all, value was very good and we would recommend!

Beautiful view and water accessibility that was not completely matched by the rest of the property

Elevated 1st level unit with a perfect view of the ocean and only steps away from a nice pool. The unit was acceptable and a updated bath with a few annoying quirks. No dishwasher and no sink plug. Three doors that really crowd the bathroom and bedroom. Very nice roomy shower however.

Property was okay. Not very clean, found sock under the buffet sunglasses by the toilet. Wiped some of the trims around kitchen cupboard was dirty.Could use a cookie tray for reheating. No paper towels not enough toilet paper. Could use oven mitts

Cute beachy condo with great location and views

We loved how close this condo was to the beach and pool and no elevator to deal with. Seeing the ocean from the room was very nice. The decor and wainscoting on the wall was very beachy and pretty. It was great for the price! The owner, Shannon was easy to work with during booking. The condo itself was a little tighter than we were expecting for us (two adults and two tall teenagers). It would be good for a family with smaller children. It needed a few updates as there’s a kitchen drawer that falls out when you open it and the bathroom door paint was peeling. Nothing terrible though. It could be a little loud at night being next to the parking lot but it’s on the end and right by the stairs so it’s expected and I don’t sleep well with noise. It may not bother others. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay again.

Horrible

Pubic hair and dirt in bed, mattresses smelled of urine with urine stains, pull out couch was disgusting, sliding glass doors didn’t lock, had pole at the bottom of door but you could still open the door. It was a hassle with the owner and she only refunded partial money, and then proceeded to try to blame us for her door. I would never recommend renting from this person.

2nd anniversary vacay

Upon arrival we were told we would have to pay an additional $100 to park our trailer after this matter had already been discussed and cleared by the owner in advance. We were not notified of any parking fees other than, $10 for each parking pass if lost. The place is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. The bed in the bedroom was so small my wife an I couldn't even sleep in the bed. I myself am 5'11" 187 lbs. My wife Is 5'9" 135lbs. So we are average size people. We ended sleeping on the old queen sleeper sofa our entire stay(miserable) The place wasn't very clean. The shower had sand in it and there was sand throughout on all of the hard floors. There were several light bulbs burnt out and had to go to Walmart and purchase batteries for TV remotes. No counter space in the bathroom. I would not recommend this place for any females or families. If you're a single man and can sleep on the floor you'll probably be comfortable here, but for the price you're better off at the super 8. Overall the place looked like a remodel gone bad. The ONLY reason we stayed and didn't leave was because my wife got sick the first day and we couldn't leave. The place did have a nice view when you could get the patio door open!
