This newly renovated 2 bedroom unit in the B Building sleeps 6 and features a separate dining area, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, fully appointed kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils, 2 private bedrooms with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a twin bed and a double in the second bedroom, 2 full baths and a private balcony with an ocean view. Smart TV in living and bedrooms, Free local calling and Wi-Fi are included.
Must be 23 years or older to rent.
$30 parking fee is due upon arrival and is good for length of your stay

This was, by far, one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed in. The listing and photos were exactly how the condo looks. We felt right at home here and we LOVE the resort!The day is our arrival, the property owner messaged us to see how things were and of kept us updated with things taking place at the resort. This will be the condo we want to rent from now on at this resort.

Nice clean condo

Place was nice and clean upon arrival. Early check-in was offered. Nice location to indoor pool and outdoor kid area. Short walk to the beach and most everything you could need in the kitchen for the week. We will be back next year great condo

Vacation 2025

From the very beginning this was a smooth process. Sandy was so easy to work with and the condo was beautiful. Everything is just as it is in the photos. We immediately walked in and everything was so clean and smelled wonderful. It was the perfect place to enjoy our vacation for the week. The QuarterDeck onsite is also amazing and so delicious!!

Spring school break

We have a great week! Condo was as discribed in listing and Sandy was very responsive when the ac needed to be serviced. We have rented at the resort before and this unit has been the best so far.

Myrtle Beach Trip

Beautiful two bedroom condo. All newly remodeled. Walking distance to the beach. Very close to lots of area attractions, grocery stores, restaurants and shops. I would recommend the property. Look forward to returning next year!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this resort. Location is perfect and condo had everything we needed. Condo was furnished nicely and was clean. Second bedroom had a twin and double bed to accommodate a family of 5. The view from the balcony was nice. Sandy was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely return!

Beautiful place, loved the view. My family and I enjoyed every minute. Plenty of beach things including chairs and toys. The only thing i didn't like was the couch sofa probably could use s new mattress (but is a couch sofa so usually not comfortable).

Home away from home

My family and I had our summer vacation at Sandy’s place last week and we absolutely loved it. It was clean and decorated so lovely. The cozy, homey vibe it gave was perfect and we enjoyed every bit of it. The amount of extra things she provided was even better, plenty of chairs and beach toys for the kids. We also loved her clothesline and how convenient it made drying our beach towels and swim suits. The resort has plenty of amenities and activities to keep everyone happy of all ages. We will definitely save her place for future trips :)

Best Condo Yet

We have stayed at MBR many times over the past 10 years and no other resort matches the amenities of MBR. This condo by far has been the cleaniest and most up to date of any we have stayed in previously. My family were all very jealous as their condos were not as beautiful and updated. The condo was ready early and owner checked in several times to make sure everything was good. Don't skip over this little gem.

Cute and Cozy Beach Condo

Very nice 2 bedroom condo. Clean. Comfortable. Stocked with many useful tools and supplies for the kitchen and the beach. Refrigerator wasn't keeping food cold, but the owner got us a small temporary one for our visit until we left and they could come in and fix or replace it. She was very attentive to our questions and needs. Only other issue would be the master bedroom mattress could be replaced. Would definitely rent here again.

Highly recommend this condo!

We had a lovely stay in this unit. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Unlike some units, which don't provide you with any staples like salt and pepper, spices, plastic wrap, etc. this unit had staples. And although we didn't use them, the hosts even provide beach chairs, etc. for guests to use. The keypad entry was also very convenient. Sandy was quick to respond to texts, which was appreciated, too. The one thing to be aware of, however, is that this unit is right off the indoor pool - so if you are sensitive to chlorine, you might be bothered when coming and going - but you cannot smell it when you are inside the condo. There is also a bit of noise from the pool if you go to bed early - but nothing that can't be negated by turning on the bathroom fan or by using a white noise app. I also appreciated that both showers have a hand-held shower head. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay there again!

Comfortable and beautiful accommodations

The condo is beautifully appointed and well located in the Myrtle Beach Resort. The kitchen and dining area were well equipped for anyone who wanted to prepare their own meals. The indoor pool and hot tub are in this same building and the condo overlooks them. The view from the outdoor balcony is lovely with a nice view of the ocean, but not the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and other beach equipment to make anyone's stay here enjoyable. The living room has a lovely dual leather recliner and an electric fireplace, which made for cozy evenings. TVs in every room make choices possible for guests. As seniors, we especially appreciated the walk in shower in the master bath. Our hostess Sandy couldn't possibly have been more accommodating, checking in with us and responding to every question. To our surprise, she sent us the information on how to enter well ahead of time, and invited us to enter early on our day of arrival since the condo was ready. Other owners have requested additional money to enter even 1 hour before the check in time. We've stayed at several places in the Myrtle Beach Resort, and this was the best of all. Highly recommended!

Clean, Bright, Quiet

This unit was the best unit we have stayed in at Murtle Beach Resort. We have a large family that rent multiple units from different owners and this unit was by far the best. The unit was so clean, smelled.nice and was stocked with toilet paper, linens and all kitchen utensils/cookware. There was a deck box on the hige balcony filled with sand toys and lawn chairs. We usually have to buy all these pieces and donate at rhe emd of the trip. This unit is loved and very well taken care of. The owner was always in contact. They checled in a few times through the week to find out of we were happy and if anything was needed to make our stay better. We recieved our check in information ahead of time so check in was seemless. The resort itself has had many upgrades over the last year. Pools were all open, elevators were working, and there was constant cleaning staff keeping the property beautiful and clean. This unit is located in the B building with the pool right outside our door. It was not loud or stuffy at all! I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants a great experience in Myrtle Beach. We will book again with this owner.

Second time booking, wonderful trip!

This was our second time booking at this condo. I am a pretty picky person with cleanliness when I stay places.. lol I was happy to see it was just as clean & nice as it was the first time we stayed. Communication with the owner was very easy. Sandy was quick to respond. She messaged us to let us know our room was ready and even the next day to see how things were going.. We appreciated her taking the time to do that.The chairs on the balcony are cozy and perfect to sit and watch the ducks while you drink your morning coffee. Our kiddos loved all the pools and playing in the sand. There is plenty of sand toys, chairs, and a beach umbrella avaliable on the balcony. We ate at Quarkerdeck the first night and listened to karaoke.. always a blast listening to drunk people sing lol The nachos are good from the snack bar at the oceanfront pool ☺ and getting Duck Doughnuts for breakfast is a must. We also ate lunch at Landshark Resturant at the Skywheel on the boardwalk, delish! This condo's location is perfect.. literally 3 minute walk to the beach.. and plenty of attractions close by. We recommend Alligator Adventure. It is a bit pricey , but worth it for sure (Live Alligator feedings) We also enjoyed mini golfing & the Aquarium was nice but small. Overall we really enjoyed our family vacation and didn't want to leave. We hope to be back next year!
