Oceanfront Studio Condo

This beautiful oceanfront studio condo on the 9th floor, of a 22 story building, facing the north is perfect for a couple, small family or a girls or guys getaway. The condo faces the beach and has amazing sunrise views. Sleeps a max of 4, there is a Queen bed under the window with amazing views of the ocean & sunrises plus a Queen sofa bed. There Is a fully stocked kitchen (for 4) The resort has 6 pools, including an indoor pool, a Lazy River with a pool & hot tub, and a kiddie pool, oceanfront bar & grill, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, playground. The resort is set up as a contactless system from the entry gate to the keyless entry at the unit.
Lazy river water park will open no later than April 1st
1) All amenities (when open) at the resort are available to all guests at any time at no cost
3) Tower outdoor pool is now OPEN along with the indoor hot tub & sauna, shower area, bathrooms
4) Building B indoor pool and hot tub open all year round, oceanfront pool is open all year round
5) Quarterdeck oceanfront bar and grill: Open weather permitting, hours vary in spring/fall, open until 1130pm during summer.

There is no smoking in the condo, on the balcony or inside any building at the resort. No pets are allowed at the resort unless they are Service Registered, no golf carts and no trailers (except during the specific days of the spring/fall bike weeks).

During spring/fall bikes weeks, motorcycles are allowed at no additional cost and have designated parking areas at each building. Trailers have a $100 fee paid at the front security gate on arrival. Must NOT be longer than 18ft ball hitch to rear bumper and also have designated parking areas. Trailers are ONLY allowed during spring/fall bike week dates.

During the season (dates vary but usually mid May to mid Sept), beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly from the lifeguards in front of the resort. They will set them up and take them down each day in the same spot for you. Very hassle free.

Each building has an on site laundry room for use during your stay. We provide all your bed linens and bath towel sets (4 sets) We do not provide any linen service during your stay so please utilize the laundry room for any washing/drying needs.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, beach toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Things are left behind in units during the season but they are ever changing as guests come and go.

The resort is located 6 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach (The Skywheel in downtown is located at 11th North, we are at 59th South)

The airport is a very easy Uber ride and less than 10 mins from the resort.

We have someone on-site at the resort most every day to take care of any issues immediately on arrival or during your stay.
