Rules For The Condo & Building
* Renters must show their parking permit to enter the property each time when entering the complex.
*Parking pass must be kept on the dash board while parked in the parking lot or parking garage.
*NO hanging clothing or towels over the railing on the balcony.
*Loss of KeyFobs are additional fee of $50.00
*All Vendors and deliveries are to be announced to the Guard House as soon as they are scheduled. I will provide the number once you are booked.
*This is a Smoking Free building.
*No smoking is allowed on the pool deck, the promenade deck, or the grounds except in designated areas. Tobacco products are not to be dropped from balconies and must be disposed of in ashtrays.
*The renter will obey all the rules and regulations of the landlord and building property.
*PETS -Absolutely NO animals/Pets (Dogs, Cats, Birds, Reptiles )
are allowed to be kept in or about the Property not even for visitors.
*Children must be MUST be supervised at all time while on the balcony .
*The Renter takes full responsibility for any incidents/ accidents
while in the condo and or on the balcony.
*The Renter and members of the Renter’s household will not smoke nor vape anywhere inside the condo nor permit any guest or visitors to smoke or vape inside the condo
*Smoking is only permitted only on the 
balcony with siding doors closed. *Laundry (washer and dryer) on every even floor in the building.
