This was a very nice place to stay. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Hurricane damage not disclosed - I have pictures we did not complete our stay

The Day before our arrival we requested early check-in that is when we learned the unit sustained water damage from hurricane Milton. We were told it was going to be painted in the morning. I opted for it not to be painted as I did not want to deal with the paint fumes. Upon arrival immediately learned the pool was closed and had been closed since the hurricane we were never told we went to do the nature walk the bridge in the nature walk was destroyed by the hurricane there's trash everywhere. It is not a beautiful walk right now never disclosed Drywall garbage insulation garbage who knows what in every vent that was blowing out it was a cold snap the heat did not work one night. It got down to 59Ā° in our room the wind coming through the door and the patio doors we had to barricade the patio doors with our suitcases and the curtains to try and suck the wind from coming throug h and the front door with towels , the kitchen sink the entire faucet would rotate. The sink was clogged and garbage disposal did not work - lost power in kitchen all outlets microwave and refrigerator are all on one GFI breaker the drywall dust was never cleaned up. The flooring has not been changed. It still has water damage , the bedsheets are so old they don't stay on There was only one beach towel.one knife one butter knife requested a refund Saturday morning no confirmed until late that nite forcing us to Santa's one more nite I have pictures

Enjoyable Stay

We were in Florida on a combination family business/relaxation and enjoyed staying in the Condo while we were working on our son's house in Hudson. We really enjoyed being able to go down to the pool every evening with our grandson. It was very quiet in the condo area. The property manager was very easy to reach out to and was quick to hear back from. The condo was kept very clean and any instructions were very easy to follow. Thank you for a nice stay.

Enjoyed a quick 5 day trip. The area had great restaurants and bars. Super convenient to everything. Condo was perfect for me and the wife. Large pool with great views of gulf. Condo had all necessities for a great week.

Peaceful

For us this wasn't a vacation trip. But more of visiting a family member who's health is failing.. But for such a short notice, and no time for planning a trip. I couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. The grounds were clean and well kept, A long with the pool. Very nice condo in a very quiet neighborhood. The people were very friendly from staff to guests.

Perfect to relax

Pool and beach were perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Quiet relaxation. Watched dolphins and amazing sunsets from balcony. Just one child was with us, but good size for 3.

Nice property, tired unit

The facility is nice enough for the price. The unit is a bit tired. Throw pillows flat and pilled, needs new mattress, towels and linens not great. Cheap furniture and fixtures. No wine glasses, no hair dryer, only 3 table knives in the drawer of mismatched silverware. Cupboards need to be wiped out and organized. We donā€™t use products left behind by others , maybe others appreciate it. Closets with old linens. No mop or vacuum available. Balcony dirty flooring. Pool and courts were very nice.

Best Kept Secret on the Nature Coast

I've rented in this community numerous times and always fall in love ~ every time I stay. The location is a perfect home base; halfway between Tampa and Crystal River. The easy communication with the rental manager makes every stay a breeze. Kim is always ready to make our stay the best it can be!

Great location, great views of the ocean. Nice condo, a little small. Doors could use some work, windy days the air blew through because the front door didnā€™t seal. It was a nice place. I would recommend.

Nice Condo

The condo is very nice. We had a couple of problems but Kim was responsive and corrected the items quickly. I was disappointed with the orientation of the building - even though it has great views, it faces due North. We were there for the entire month of February and the sun never hits the balcony and only a small portion of the pool deck. This might be a good thing in the heat of the summer but it is not optimal in February. There is a private beach but the water in the lagoon is not someplace that you would swim. The building has a very nice gym and the condo association has many activities that you are welcome to attend. There are several great restaurants close by.

2ND TIME Visiting Property

Had a Great time visiting family in the area. Worked out in the Gym, Played Bingo in the Clubhouse and met very nice owners who live here full time. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Kim was very responsive . If you are looking for a quiet , relaxing vacation this is the place to visit..

Manatee in Lagoon - Amazing

The Host Kim is Awesome! The condo was very clean and supplied well. We took a walk on the Nature Trail and got to see Manatee in the Lagoon. Very relaxing vacation will definitely be back again

Beautiful Condo.. Enjoyed our stay and all the amenities.. Our Host Kim was responsive and shared places to visit.... The Sunsets off the Balcony was Amazing.. Got to see Dolphins in the Lagoon.. We will be back in the future..

We were in Florida to visit my son, and came across this condo. It was exactly as advertised maybe a little better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it's perfectly situated. Kim the property manager greeted us with a welcome bag and gave us tips for the area.
