Stay at the best condo in Orange Beach!! The newly opened Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1950 square feet the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

The unit comes equipped with everything you would expect and more. Full-size appliances, wet bar, ice maker, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There are two master bedrooms with king-size beds and a bedroom with two queen-size beds.

There are plenty of amenities to keep you and the kids occupied during your stay. A lazy river, a water slide for the kids, and a full-size outdoor pool. If it's raining head inside to the heated swimming pool, or two Jacuzzi's. If your looking to break a sweat check out the state-of-the-art fitness center, four saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

We also have the unit two doors down which is great for large groups!!

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Everything was great. The Condo was very clean. The view was wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would also stay again also.

We had cables hanging over balcony from a painting crew and paint crew passing by balcony a couple times a day. Wasnt that bad but disappointing. The washer wasnt in great shape, it banged loudly on every load , regardless of size. We did have great time and would return to this or other phoenix properties, we love them !

Loved condo....lots of space

The condo was great. Loved the ice machine. Deck furniture was not real comfortable for lounging but view was great. Pillows in master bedroom could have been upgraded. I would have liked a,fluffy comforter. Overall, place was great place to spend a week w family. We plan to return.

Fun at beach and condo amenities were excellent!

Kids enjoyed all the options of water activities and beach/water was beautiful! We had 11 in our condo and plenty of space! Getting down to our garage parking in checkout day was chaotic! Elevators were very slow. Dryer needs to have element checked or replaced. Hope to get back!

Awesome!

Just would like to say that our experience staying at Phoenix West was just fantastic. We had a ladies getaway for a few days. Everything that was promised exceeded our expectations. The condo itself was just wonderful, better than we even imagined. And Cayce Cook was a wonderful realtor to us. He took care of us. All the amenities at Phoenix were awesome. Just loved the lazy river! I would recommend to anyone to stay the Phoenix West. We hope to stay again in the future.

While initially pleased, the handling of the ac/power outage resulting in the evacuation of the building and move to 3 hotel rooms & the unwillingness to reimburse the extra expenses incurred was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice but it was not clean. The floors were nasty. You could see the dirt under the cabinets edge. The grandbaby would have black knees and hands when he crawled around. The den furniture was dirty as well. Everything else was very nice. about the place.

Everything was very nice but, the furniture is in very good shape but it DOES need a shampoo job. The first thing to be taken care of was the master bed. I had to fix the bed frame. The slates were so noisy that you could not breath without making noise. The floors were bad and it didn’t make a difference what part you were in your feet were just black. All in all it’s a nice place, just needs more care.

Review of Phoenix West Condominium- 1208

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful and decor was super cute & up to date. Everything was very clean. I did call the rental company, Phoenix Rentals, to ask about getting more towels/washcloths and they never returned my phone call. My biggest complaint is the parking!! I realize it was peak season and parking is limited, but if I paid $35 for a parking pass I should be able to park in the parking deck. On three occasions we had to park out by the road. Both times, the next morning someone was knocking on our door, by 9:00am, to come move our vehicles to the the parking deck.

Thanksgiving 2023

The location was great, the view beautiful the condo not. The bedrooms were clean, the living room couch one cushion did not even fit on the couch and the chairs and couch was dirty. They were stained and have the smell and feel of oily skin. The kitchen was described a well appointed kitchen was ready for the chef. If you can describe well appointed as - two frying pans one that looked like it had been used as a cutting board. We had to go buy two pans and clean pot holders. I can not tell you how many socks we ruined from the bottom of them being black from the floors. Very disappointed, extremely disappointed.....we stayed in May 2023 in Gulf Shores and the condo was clean and beautiful. Will not return

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location as far as the pool, lazy river, view, etc. The kids had a blast the entire week that we were there. The living room rug and club chairs could use a deep clean. Remotes in living room did not have working batteries. Had to take some from other remotes to watch tv. Could not get one of the living room lamps to come on. No broom in the unit. Only a mop and no bucket. Really needed a broom to clean up sand since we were there for 7 days. The dryer also took several cycles to dry a load of clothes. Master shower only had one working shower head. This unit could definitely use some TLC, especially for the price. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to the Phoenix West.

Be prepared to bring your own supplies

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a stay of 5 days for 6 people, the mgt co. provides 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no tissues. We had to buy all of those products our second day. When one bathtub didn't drain the desk gave a number we could call, but did nothing to help. At the price of this condo, it should be fully stocked with everyday supplies. Dollar General purchases should not be necessary. And, the plumbing should be working. To then be charge $190 for cleaning is insult to injury. We have been renting condos for 20+ years, and this is the 1st time we had to buy our own supplies. Its just a really cheap, annoying practice. What's the cost of providing necessary products for a 5 day stay? Not much, and we would not rent from this mgt company again, nor would we recommend it to friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely spacious and the location is fantastic. The view from the balcony is amazing. It was extremely nice having 4 bathrooms! All of the bathrooms are large and very spacious. The washcloth and towel quality are severely lacking though - very rough and we have had nicer towels at a three stay hotel. The property is well maintained and has a lot of great amenities. The parking garage is a bit of a nightmare but aren't they all. The living room furniture is quite worn but very accommodating. The kitchen is spacious and is well stocked. The stove took forever to heat up and the kitchen appliances definitely need updated. The main Master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable; had many low spots where it is very worn out. All of the bedroom linens were also very worn. My biggest complaint is that I didn't feel that the condo had been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. The showers had pink mildew in them and the soap scum was very apparent. The bathroom sinks had hair in them, the litchen counters were sticky and there were some dishes that had been put away in the cabinet that were still dirty and the floors were very dirty( they has obviously not been vacuumed well and definitely not mopped as they were very sticky and obvious dirty spots. I had to clean and go purchase a cheap mop the first day of my vacation. Overall, the condo and property were great and we had an amazing vacation. Just proper cleaning, a few touches and updates to the condo would have made it perfect. Especially for the high amount of the rental.

Reviewer Comments: Very poorly stocked, no cell service/2 ppl could use wifi at a time, pay $52 to park but when someone hit my car in the CRAMPED prking garage they couldn’t do anything about it & didn’t know who to call about it. No cameras in garage either. Neighboring balconies could see into ours very plainly. Lazy river and indoor hot tubs was awesome & clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time in Orange Beach and this resort was very nice. We all loved the lazy river and the jacuzzis, when we could get in one, because almost every night there was a group of people in each jacuzzi partying and not letting others enjoy them. Also, the elevators were very congested Saturday when we got there and if they closed the pools. They need more elevators or they need to figure something out with them. For our actual condo, it was ok. It needs updated badly, the furniture, the pots and pans and cooking spoons. The furniture is filthy dirty, the beds weren’t very comfortable, the inside of the cabinets aren’t very clean, there’s mold in the showers, and the condo itself just was not clean at all. If we walked around barefoot our feet would get black within minutes or our white socks would. There was still sand all over the floor. Some of the towels were dirty. It just didn’t even look like someone had cleaned it. If I pay someone $265 to clean my condo I would expect it to be clean not half assed. But other than the condo not being very clean, overall it was a nice resort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was great and we really enjoyed our stay. There was a couple of things that were disappointing like having to pay $102 to park 2 cars after already paying $2700 for a 3 night stay. The condo was awesome but in need of some updating like the refrigerator. The water and ice maker did not work at all. There was an additional icemaker but not filtered water. Also, we reported that a remote was missing from one of the bedrooms and in another bedroom the TV wasn't working. No one ever came to check on that. We finally restarted the dish and got it working on the 2nd day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in the perfect location and had amazing views. The room we stayed in could of been cleaner and the bedding needed to be washed when we got there it smelt like they hadn’t washed the sheets. No remote worked on the 3 TVs except for the one in the living room area. Wish the condo had there own beach chairs and you didn’t hav e to rent them but other than all that we had an amazing time.
