Our condo is perfectly situated on the 21st floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar, 65ā€ flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 55" Smart TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have several 3br and 4br condos in this complex should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Amazing property with beautiful views

This was our childrenā€™s first beach vacation, and this was the perfect property for it! So much to do and a balcony overlooking the ocean. There was not a second of boredom the entire trip! We will definitely be back! The beds were also super comfy and everyone actually slept!!!!

Excellent Orange Beach Family Condo

This was the perfect Family Condo. Short distance to the beach. Views were magnificent. The lazy river was never crowded. Elevator wait times were practically none. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

As always, Orange Beach was amazing. The condo was nice, shows some wear. Is in a good location central to alot of things and there is a lot of stuff in walking distance. Building was nice, any staff i encountered were pleasant, mostly. Beach in front of condo was nice and clean. Overall i would recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

This unit was perfect for our family of 5. With direct access to the beach, shopping, and sights, this property was perfect. We enjoyed the lazy river and water slide. The hidden gem was the ice machine downstairs by the pool. No need to raid you refrigerator or pay crazy prices for ice when it's so easily and cheaply accessible!

Condo was great. Beach was very crowded. In order to place your personal chairs close to the water you had to take them out by 6:30 am. The rentals start placing theirs all along the beach front by 7am.

Love the area of condo and all went with it but the bathrooms were not clean hair in the showers on wall and drain. Master bath dusty toothpaste or lotion on cabinets. Food wrappers behind night stand in 2 of the bedrooms.

Annual Beach Reunion 2024

This is a beautiful setting with all kinds of places within walking distance! Updated and clean! We stayed in the 21st floor and hardly ever waited long for the elevator! Easy walk to beach-no long stairs going down either. Our teens like the pickle ball court but not really lazy River. Too many little kids but all in all it was super clean and hot tubs are large!! Our unit was a little outdated but still nice! Easy checkin and checkout! We were able to buy 3 parking passes Memorial Day week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at this condo. Very easy check in- got into room at 4:30 when they said would be ready. Very spacious unit. Was clean and welcoming. The only issue was the toilet in main bedroom and sink didnā€™t flush or drain the best. But with a little ā€˜helpā€™; we got toilet to flush . The elevators worked great! Not hardly any wait time. We had a family of 6 adults; so the lazy river wasnā€™t the best option for us; mostly little kids were in there. But we spent our days on the beach. Chuck was awesome! He was friendly and helpful- always had our chairs set up and made sure we didnā€™t need anything! Might not choose this unit in future just because of not having an actual pool- but thatā€™s my oversight. No complaints; had a wonderful time !!
