This studio with a view can accommodate 4 people.
It is composed of:
- a small bedroom with a bunk bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with bathtub;
- a living room with a sofa bed (140x200), a television and a dining area.

Hairdryer, Television, Coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine.

PARKING LOT:
Parking of the residence. No private seats.

ATTENTION: Collective heating from November to April. We provide an electric radiator in the off-season.

- The apartment is located on Chemin des Noisettes;
- Free bus from December to April, Stop "Val de neige" in front of the building;
- 10 minutes walk from the village, where you will find all amenities;
- 3 minutes walk from the ski slopes,
- 5 minutes from Carrefour Montagne or Super U for your shopping;
- A 45-minute drive from the city of Annecy for an adventure.

## Emplacement

At medium altitude, La Clusaz enjoys a mild and pleasant climate in summer. Here you can hike in a preserved massif in the heart of the Aravis combes and passes. At the Aravis pass and at the Beauregard plateau, the view on the Mont Blanc is grandiose!
