Enjoy our Sea Forest nest– this beautiful airy 1-bedroom condo is a three-minute walk from the beach with a perfect deck sheltered by windswept live oaks, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings.
Kiawah Island is a private barrier island 30 mi south of Charleston and the home of 5 top ranking golf courses; miles of palmetto lined bike trails, nature trails, lookouts; tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, birding, and 10 miles of vast sandy beaches.
Perfect all year for REST, RELAXATION, AND RECREATION!!

Great place. Great beach

We chose this place as a stopover on our way to Charleston. Absolutely loved the location, the beach, and the accommodations. PS Charleston was pretty amazing too.

Easy, restful retreat

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary in Kiawah. The condo was perfectly located to enjoy all that this beautiful island has to offer, biking trials, beach, animal watching and more. We will be back!

Summer getaway

Wonderful stay - Nicely furnished villa with all amenities needed. Hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Bike trails were wonderful. Restaurants, grocery store and shops closeby. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Villa one minute from the beach

We loved our stay at the village!! Super clean and beautiful!! Plus it was only one minute from the beach. Awesome and very safe neighborhood. Our host Tess was just amazing! We will be back!!

Kiawah Vacation 2019

The property is ideally located on this beautiful island. Easy access to the beach and storage area for our beach chairs and bicycles. The island is bike friendly. We were able to ride all over the island on the bike paths. We also spent 2 days in Charleston - just a 30 -45 minute drive. We had an issue and Reggie, the property owner and Brennan, the property manager were immediately taking care of the situation. We were very grateful for their concern for making our stay as comfortable as possible. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend this property.

Nice get away stay

The Villa was as shown in the pictures, perfect for a get away for a couple. The Kiawah Island location was a much quieter location than our stay at Folly Beach in the past. The beach had great shells in the mornings, even though our March stay brought record cold temperatures. The Villa was well supplied with all we needed and the grocery was conveniently located at the entrance to the Island. We never had to contact the owner which attests to the fact that all was in good repair and that the directions given to operate the locks and Wifi, etc. were clear and complete. thanks, Reggie, for a great place to stay. We enjoyed our day trips to Angel Oak, the Tea Plantation, Magnolia Plantation, the city of Charleston, and Patriots Point. Lots of good memories (and good food as well).

Everything was great with one exception. The stairwells and areas in front of the unit were littered with debris. Not sure when these areas were last cleaned/swept. I took the broom out and did it myself.

Poor conditiin

Very unpleasant. Shower curtain was molded and the coffee pot had a very old used filter left in pot and it was very moldy. The unit was very dated and very dusty. The unit lacked a lot if supplies such as no kleenex at all. Very disappointing

First renter in ten years I would not rent to again. No one had been in villa due to Covid and we had just installed new granite and sinks in bathroom and kitchen. Worked late into evening before to get it ready and will admit we missed the coffee pot and curtain after being shut down two months. Offered to come over and clean curtain next morning and coffee pot, never heard from him. His email to us threatened us with a “terrible” review and wanted to know what we planned to do, but he did not give us a chance to clean it. We have many regular renters so we will stand on their reviews and recommendations. I am sorry about the coffee pot and shower curtain but he overreacted to something easy to fix.

Lovely Villa suitable for 2!

The villa was in a perfect location for us! Steps from the beach and close to the Sanctuary and the golf courses that we played. We rented bikes and rode on the beach- a must do if you visit Kiawah! The pictures are very accurate and the host Tess was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

I was looking for a quiet getaway for my husband and I to destress. This condo, and neighborhood has it all! Tucked under beautiful trees, surrounded by pristine grounds, a 4 minute walk, lto a gorgeous beach. I highly recommend this “Treetop” villa to anyone who is looking to enjoy a tropical setting on gorgeous Kiawah Island. . My husband will be booking this property again and again.

We are new owners and are Kiawah lovers!! -- we have been coming to Kiawah for 10 years and staying at this wonderful treetop villa...loving the beach, endlessly bike riding the trails, and eating up as much local shrimp and peaches as we can stomach in one summer vacation. We are very excited to now be official Kiawah Islanders by purchasing our dream villa this January 2021!! Back home in Louisville, Kentucky we own a home renovation business (McKree Properties, LLC -- McKree.com). My daughter and I are also theatre artists/filmmakers and total foodies. We have brought our love of beauty, design, and food to our treetop villa and welcome you to enjoy!!

We love our treetop villa because it is so close to the beach...a 3-minute beach towel-wrapped walk and yet it is secluded up in the live oaks that surround the open-air deck. Many a morning coffee has been enjoyed while the rest of the villa sleeps...and then, of course, there's deciding to have shrimp and grits out on the deck instead of inside and watch the evening sky come on. And that's just the deck...there's plenty of space to divide up and collect together. The bedroom is soft and quiet with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to gaze out of before napping or upon waking. Perfect for a good night's sleep. The kitchen looks out on the dining room and living room spaces and allows the chef to join in on conversation and share bites of yummies to come.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our villa is in a 4 unit building so it is private and secluded. We are on the top floor --there are two floors -- the first floor is the elevated...giving us a nice view of the paths and Kiawah's exquisite flora and fauna. Parking is right out front of the villa and so are the bike racks. Kiawah Islanders love their island and it is beautifully attended to and has a perfect blend of landscaped and wild all at once. It is a slice of paradise.
