This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa is located in the world renowned Reunion Resort just minutes from Disney, and other Orlando attractions.

This 1600 sq. ft., first floor villa has easy access, and all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen.

Guests enjoy membership privileges to tennis courts, other condo pools and 3 world famous golf courses. A swimming pool and splash pad are located adjacent to outside patio within a few meters of the villa.

**Special rates for Nov/Dec in 5 star condo.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in the beautiful Reunion Resort, which sleeps 6 people quite well.
Adjacent to the backyard patio is a swimming pool and splash pad for the children. Guests have access to 3 world famous golf courses, swimming pools, work out gym, and tennis courts.
There are additional fees for golf and the tennis courts. We are available for all your holiday needs.
Our villa is within 10 mins of Disney World, and Outlet mall shopping. There is an Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Jack Nicklaus golf courses on site. There is ample parking directly in front of villa. This is a very well furnished villa especially for young families, with the splash pad and adjacent swimming pool.

You can stay for less than a luxury hotel.

Family vacation

The condo is in a great location. The kiddos loved the pool and splash pad. So convenient to just walk like out your door to the pool. Close to Disney and sea world. Grocery store short 15 min drive. This right us perfect. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Definitely would stay again Thanks Lisa

Family holiday

Brilliant location for the parks, the resort is lovely but the splash park was closed the full 15 days we were there. The hotel & facilities are great, we’ve stayed a number of times as we have keen golfers in the family. Apartment was fully equipped with everything a family would need however we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. Would definitely stay in the resort again but would choose a different apartment.

Beautiful condo

We stayed for 5 weeks starting February 1st to March 8th. The accommodations were just like the photos. Very clean and first class. The first floor location with the patio facing the pools was wonderful. Having three bedrooms and baths was very helpful. Our grandkids really enjoyed the electronic games. The overall location was great for Disney Parks and the Celebration community. On our wishlist I would request a few spare light bulbs and access to a grill. Overall we had a great time and will consider booking this location in the future.

Beautiful condo

Condo 103 is beautiful and you can tell the owners put a lot of money into it. The pictures are very accurate except they don’t show just how close you are to the pool - it is literally just outside which is amazing! There were so many little “extras” that I was really impressed. The room darkening curtains were fantastic. No noise could be heard from the other units or outside. The only reason I gave it 4 stars overall is because the mattresses felt cheap and were not comfortable. The thermostat not being able to be lowered past 72 was a nuisance. We kept it at 74 when we were out all day but would have liked to lower it to 70 at night to sleep. Also, this is probably more of a management issue not the owner because it’s probably a rental system on the sheets and towels, I know microfiber sheets are really economical but 100% cotton sheets would be appreciated by your guests. The master sheets were all pilled and felt like sand paper. The towels were thin and scratchy. The extra pool towels were much appreciated!

Owner ghosted us on check in day without access codes

I had been travelling for over 12 hours with three small children and upon attempting to check in, the owner never sent the codes prior to check in. They claimed they sent them, but they were never in my email... spam folder or otherwise. They also didn't correspond outside of requesting payments. If they sent them as they claimed, they would have confirmed via the app. When I showed up to the property with my children, we were unable to gain access. It took over FIVE HOURS before myself or anyone at VRBO received any response from them. VRBO at least was able to get us "comparable" (very loose term here) alternative accommodations for the night after several hour+ long phone calls. (I also had to pay extra out of pocket for this.) My oldest is highly sensitive and nearly had a panic attack when she figured out what was going on and thought we were "going to be homeless on our Disney vacation." My children were asleep for several hours at our alternative accommodations before I got the codes at 9:17pm. I attempted to get a refund for the first night, and the owner finally corresponded and refused... but did offer me 10% off on a future visit. Other notes: Property was nice, but all the beds' boxsprings must have been very old as they were VERY creaky. Lots of bugs which was kinda gross, too.

Perfect

This property is in a perfect location, is well equipped and extremely well looked after. Arriving after a long trip from the UK, access was easy and we were able to relax as soon as we walked in. Location of the pool is a real bonus, so close but unobtrusive even when a little busier. If we get chance to come back we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Great location

Loved the furniture in the living room, our kids really liked the play station in the room. We also loved that the 2 pools were right outside the door, very convenient. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent Get-a-way for my Family of 5

Property & Ammenties were great. The location of the property to the pool and kid's splash pad, litterally just feet away from the back patio, couldn't get any better!! Pictures on VRBO matched identical to the property & the site manager/ security guards/ bartenders/ everyone I spoke with/reached out to/had questions for/.... all of them were very helpful, friendly, and nice!! The only reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 ...... the key card to all the common areas & 5+ pools .... does not allow entry into the Waterpark located with-in the resort. It is "private" and you are not even allowed to pay an admission fee for access.... my 3 kiddos were pretty bummed out about that & so was I. If I was the property manager, I would add that perk on to the key card & put the cost into the daily rental price!! Regardless, if your headed to the Orlando area and are looking for a nice place to stay... this property is an excellent choice!!!!

Refreshing home to reboot after a day at the parks!

We found the home just as pictured. It is beautiful, decorated nicely, and is comfortable and welcoming. It was so nice to come back here after a hot and exhausting day in the parks. It takes less than 15 minutes to be on Disney roads but is far enough away to feel like an escape. In this unit, we were steps away from the pool and we enjoyed most nights on the large patio. We could even see the fireworks from the property! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and cook a meal! We loved the home and hope to stay again on our next trip!

Over all the property was very nice and spacious.

I had to buy washcloths, only 3 for 6 people. I had to buy a foam topper to put on the queen bed need to upgrade, flat and hard. I had to put towels over Blinds in the bedrooms, lights shined in, drapes don't close. I shouldn't of had to do all of this.

Disney Trip

I have always stayed on-site with Disney but due to the ages of our grandchildren, we needed more space. The condo was PERFECT and we are planning to return next year. Had an issue with the lock and the owner and property manager were quick to respond with their help. The pools are great and closer than they appear in the photos. The home exceeded our expectations!

We have stayed in various condos in Reunion, but this was by far the best. We would recommend.

The property is just as shown and has been recently remodeled and updated. Very clean with new furniture. The pool is right outside the door which was convenient, but noisy with screaming kids all day. Our check in time was 4:00 PM and when we arrived Lee and Sharon the property managers were in the middle of their cleaning. They said the office told them we were not checking in until 6:00 PM. We put our luggage in the condo and went grocery shopping, when we returned at 6:30 the condo was ready for us. The microwave quit working the second week of our seven week stay. The repairman could not fix it and said a new one would have to be ordered. Lee brought us a new counter top microwave which we used for the remainder of our stay. Overall our stay was great, and we would like to return next year but it was not available for our time.

Reunion is a great place for any family. Great location, only 17 minutes to Disney World. This unit is great, and only steps away from the pool! Very clean, and the gated community is safe, secure, and has many amenities. Would highly recommend!!!
