Enjoy an exceptional stay in this fully air-conditioned villa. You will have access to a private, secure, saltwater swimming pool (9.40 m x 3.90 m), kept at approximately 26°C from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting). Please note: due to the central location of the pool, this property is not recommended for families with young children who cannot swim.
The property offers approximately 140 m² of living space, divided between the main villa (120 m²) and an annex (20 m²), all of which is fully equipped. The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living area, a mezzanine, an entrance hall, and a cellar. The 4th bedroom and the second shower room are located in the annex facing the pool, providing a comfortable layout. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and household linens are provided free of charge.

The estate spans 1,500 square meters, with a 1,000-square-meter enclosed, tree-lined garden. It features 3 terraces (one of which is shaded by a pergola), a barbecue, a plancha grill, and a comprehensive set of garden furniture. Also available for your use are 2 bicycles (upon request), as well as a selection of books and games.

Convenient features include private parking for 3 vehicles, equipped with a charging station for electric cars.

The villa is ideally situated for exploring the region, nestled between the fine sandy beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer and the rugged beauty of the Côte Vermeille.

Nearby, you will find hiking trails, a lake, a treetop adventure park, swings, and pétanque courts. An "Intermarché" supermarket is located 5 km away, and a wider range of shops can be found 6.7 km away.

Your hosts, Laurence and Olivier, are very discreet and reside in a separate outbuilding, which has its own entrance and a private garden. The only shared space is the access path leading to the various accommodations.
