Situated in a quiet part of the resort, our 60 m² flat is a 5-minute walk from the slopes and shops.
Designed to accommodate 4 to 8 people (5 adults and 3 children or 6 adults and 2 children), it is on the 3rd floor of the residence.
It comprises:
- a large living room with an open-plan kitchen
- a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet
- a bedroom sleeping 3 with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet
- a south-facing balcony
- a large ski locker with a boot dryer
- 1 covered parking space in a secure garage

- Large living room: 80 cm flat-screen TV, option for 2 single beds (80 x 190)
- Kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washer-dryer, Nespresso machine
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 x 200), flat-screen TV
- Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (80 x 190) + 1 pull-out bed (80 x 190)
- Bathroom 1: bath, washbasin, heated towel rail
- Bathroom 2: shower, washbasin, heated towel rail
- 2 separate toilets
- Large ski locker with boot dryer
- Covered parking space in a secure garage beneath the residence

For stays of 7 nights or more, the price includes the provision of:
- Bed linen
- Bath towels
For shorter stays, this option costs 30 euros per person per stay.

Outside school holidays, short-stay rentals are available (minimum 4 nights)

- Non-smoking flat

The residence is quiet and, to maintain this tranquillity, ‘party-oriented’ stays and groups of young people (under 25) are not permitted.
