Our family really enjoyed our time at this house and on Cape Cod. The house was clean and fairly well stocked. We would stay here again.

We had six adults, two children and a baby, and the home was so spacious for us all and absolutely beautiful and clean!!! The bedrooms were all very spacious. My daughter, husband, two children and their baby all stayed in the room with twin beds, and there was plenty of room. The beds were all very comfortable. We had so much fun playing badminton and ping pong. The property and setting was amazing. There was so much room for the grandchildren to run around and play on the big rocks. They are wonderful hosts and we would definitely book again. Thank you for your attention to all the details that make it so inviting for your guests.

Beautiful rental! Exceeded our expectations. Great communication with owner; property was very clean when we arrived; space was as described in the listing; beautiful thoughtful touches throughout the home. We loved everything about this home and hope to return someday. Absolutely 10/10!

This is a beautiful home with everything we needed for a fabulous Cape vacation with our 3 children and grandparents. Kate was a great host and has truly thought of everything a guest may want. I highly recommend it!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at Sandy Hill Cottage. Our host Kate communicated very well with us. She sent us a visitors guide for the property before we arrived with info on the house, surrounding restaurants and activities. Her house was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It easily met all our needs. We had our adult children and grandchildren with us and we really enjoyed the toys, books, games, and beach toys that came with the house. There's even ping pong and a Foosball table in a game room in the basement. The property is on a quiet and close to restaurants, beaches, and the Cape Cod Natural History Museum - which is great for a rainy day. The check-in and check out process was very easy. We have been coming to the Cape for well over 30 years, with our kids and now with our grandchildren. Staying at Kate's house was our best and most enjoyable experience. We look forward to returning again!

We had another great week staying at Sandy Hill Cottage. The house was clean, well maintained and was equipped with everything you could think of. We had an incredible stay an can't recommend it enough. Whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun family vacation this house it all. We hope to stay here again next Summer!

Summer Cape Trip

We had an absolute blast on the Cape last summer, and this house was perfect. Great location, very clean, big yard, and plenty of space. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Beautiful home and quite comfortable for our family of four (includes young adult & teen)z the yard is perfect for a game of croquet and a night grilling. Close to all our favorite places. Kate was accessible and informative. Absolutely would stay here again.

Sandy Hill Cottage

My family and I enjoyed a great week at this rental property. It is clean, charming and has every amenity you could possible need. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we had absolutely no issues with the property the entire week. We are hoping to go back next summer!!

Amazing family property

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. It was very family friendly and the location was perfect! The recommendations that were provided were so helpful and all great! The house had everything we needed and more! From games for the kids to beach gear!

Great vacation house

The house has everything that you need during your stay. Very clean and spacious, surrounded by greenery. The owner responds quickly to the messages. We also liked the location , short 20-30 minute ride to the beaches, close to Cape Cod Rail Trail , etc.

Beautiful home

The home is much bigger than expected and absolutely beautiful. The owners spared no expense on the decor and renovations. All rooms are very big and comfortably accommodated our family of six. Nice big private yard as well.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

This property was just as advertised and more. The house is updated and very clean. Kate has thought of everything to make your stay complete and you won’t need a thing. The yard is also very pretty and great if you have kids. There’s a nice beach close by and many options to eat out. The location is central to the other cities, so easy to go up and down the Cape. We definitely recommend this house!

Amazing!

The cottage is lovely, clean, well equipped and decorated with style. It is the perfect place to escape the buzz of the city and enjoy the amazing surroundings and tranquility of Cape Cod. We loved it! Kate & her family were wonderful hosts who thought of everything and were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in went smoothly and WiFi worked very well.

Cape Cod Fun

It was an absolutely beautiful home. Kate was an amazing host and responded right away! The area of Brewster in Cape Cod is our families favorite. The house however exceeded our expectations in every way. Kate and her husband have thought about every single thing to make your trip amazing. We are hoping to come back year after year!

Beautiful Cape Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sandy Hill Cottage. The house was immaculate upon check in, and included every amenity one could possibly need, from clean soft linens and blankets to games to a fully stocked kitchen. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed the ping pong and foosball in the basement, as well as the rafts and chairs for the beach. This house is a gem!

Lovely home

This is a lovely and very spacious home. The bedrooms are all very large with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped We particularly like the deck with large table and awning to protect against the sun. There is a big yard and the house feels very private. We liked Brewster alot with its beaches and restaurants. The house had nice beach chairs and umbrella. We hope to stay there again.

Great houuse

Beautifully updated home, loved it. The yard is huge compared to most Cape properties. It sets on a hill so you are looking out over the tree tops, very beautiful and peaceful. The beds are very comfy with a king size both upstairs and down. Basement has ping pong table and foze ball table for entertainment. Nice open concept on main floor. Great central location.

Great vacation in the Cape

We recently stayed at the Sandy Hill Cottage. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The house sits on a hill and the yard had beautiful fall colors and was well maintained. The surrounding area was beautiful with great walking and biking trails and easy access to many historical sites. Kate and Mohit provided great information about their home and Cape Cod. We agreed unanimously that the house was the most comfortable vacation house we have stayed in and we would love to stay again if we are in Cape Cod again.

Best VRBO on the Cape!

Our family enjoyed a month at this beautiful property. It is an extremely relaxing place! This was one of the best vacations our family has had (this is our third trip to Cape Cod). Sandy Hill Cottage is clean, spacious, full of light, and the hosts left no detail unattended to when it comes to the renovation of this property. The owners are responsive, kind, and gracious. The house is located in a pristine neighborhood. It has multiple outdoor seating areas and a wonderful space to eat and relax in at the end of the day! It was a beautiful get away!
