Newly renovated and upgraded upscale oceanfront condo with pool on Crescent Beach near Historic St. Augustine. Beautiful bathrooms with tile floors and cultured marble tub/shower and vanities. Unique oceanfront location boasting intracoastal access with boat ramp, dock, and fishing pier. Enjoy a casual vacation along the finest stretch of beach that boasts pristine, powder white sand. Experience sunrise on the beach and sunset on the Intracoastal. Where else can you have access to the beach AND the Intracoastal?... here you have BOTH! Great ocean view from balcony off the den.

Enjoy the beach where there is nothing to do and all day to do it, or explore the numerous sites, attractions, shopping, great restaurants, and golf in the nation's oldest city founded in 1565. Visit Old St. Augustine, the Lighthouse, Fort San Marcos, Alligator Farm, Ripley's and other attractions. Take a romantic carriage ride through cobblestone streets or experience a walking Ghost tour. Enjoy dining in many excellent restaurants in the 'shrimp capital of the world'. Plenty of golf nearby including Palm Coast and World Golf Village.

Disney World is just 2 hours away.

And most importantly, we want you to enjoy the sun and surf in a relaxing, child-friendly environment. We have an end unit on the second floor right at the top of the steps. There is also elevator access. We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, bocce, and unlimited fun. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room a queen bed plus a twin bed.
In the den we have a full sleep sofa with a memory foam mattress.

Dedicated High Speed Internet!! - We provide high speed internet unlike other units in our complex which have slow DSL with poor connectivity.

Cute & Clean w Great Beach View and Access

The condo was nearly perfect for our plans. It’s a short drive to Saint Augustine shops, downtown, restaurants, and activities. There’s a beautiful view from the living area and main bedroom. It is as advertised. Beach is close and easy. Less busy than SA beach. Nice, clean living space with refreshing pool nearby. The only thing that would perfect it would be laundry available in the unit. Laundry is in the clubhouse by the pool. We enjoyed the location very much.

Great two bedroom and bath condo on the second floor. Sit on the balcony or inside to enjoy the view.

This is our second stay on the property, we absolutely love it here and have been looking forward to it since leaving last year!The parking isn’t the greatest we got lucky most of the week. We assumed because there was not anything stating other wise that all spots were first come first serve and we had another guest complain to us saying it wasn’t fair that we had gotten the good parking spots we shouldn’t be using both of our parking passes to get so close, but that was really the only problem we had. It is super clean, the host is friendly, and literally steps from the beach! My family and I love coming here and hope to be able to stay again next.

Spring break!

The property was exactly as listed. Had everything we needed for the week. The beach loungers were so handy. The unit was clean and well stocked. Great views of the beach from the balcony. .. with a very very short walk. Not crowded… very quiet and relaxing! Nice pool area as well. Enjoyed the dock across the road for fishing! Great visit!

Relaxation Station

Beach view was outstanding! Loved it and found it very relaxing to have screen door open and hear the waves.Enjoyed the less crowded beach experience. Very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. Parking is available but tight spaces .Would have liked to have known that laundry is available on site (not in unit) and where it is located as well as elevator and carts to use. Thank you for a relaxing time

Great Stay

Can’t be this location! One minute walk to the beach and pool and both were super quiet while we were there. Quick 20 minute drive to St. Augustine. Condo was as advertised and was very clean. The condo complex itself could use a few updates, but overall it was exactly what we were looking for.

Crescent Beach reunion

We grew up visiting Crescent Beach regularly and wanted to have a reunion with friends. Unit has great views of the beach and it’s a short walk to the beach. Unit was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Though we never used the pool the other families staying there did and seemed to enjoy it immensely. Pool guy was out there at 5:00 every morning getting the pool clean and ready. Parking is a bit tight but you get two spaces per unit. We will definitely return.

Clean Room/Terrible parking

There is good and bad about this stay. Good-The place was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bad- Parking here is terribly tight. We drove a pickup truck and had problems getting in and out of very tight spots. If you have more than one vehicle, good luck parking them at the site. Also there was construction going on at the site which prohibited us from going to the beach from our site.We had to walk to the building next door to get to and from the beach. Not a bad walk for me and my crew, but for someone with small kids or older folks it would be very inconvenient. I was not informed of the construction until one week before my stay. I wish I was informed much sooner as I probably would have found somewhere else to stay. The construction is no where close to being completed. It hardly looks like it was even started. Also, due to construction, you have to walk completely around the whole condo site to get to the pool area. This was also quite a very long walk.

Perfect get away!

Perfect, quiet and peaceful. Just exactly what I was looking for to bring in the New Year-would visit again and highly recommend. Owner was friendly and communicated promptly, eager to solve any issues even though we had none.

Amazing location! Enjoyed the beach and pool and relaxed on crescent Beach. Wish we would have had better weather for sunsets but alas eve rains. Nice little outing to Mantanza Fort 4 minutes away, discovered pastries at the Cuban restaurant up the street and enjoyed the loveliness of St Augustine with the old time trolley.

Quiet and Serene

This unit was just at the top of the stairs with handicap parking just below. This was perfect for Nana and company. The unit is clean, well decorated with a beachy theme, updated, and well-stocked. No noise from neighbors, great view, comfortable beds and furniture. Amazing sunrises, nice bench at the end of boardwalk for stargazing, convenient rinse station on the boardwalk, lovely pool. The surf is fun and the undertow wasn't too strong the first week of June. Pristine beach with wide open space and the chance to see a sea turtle. We were close enough to St. Augustine, but far enough from any hustle and bustle. Viola's Pizza was great! As was Andouille Crusted Grouper at Harry's, Flan and Ruben at The Columbia, and burgers at The Prohibition Pub. This was a great trip for history, a science jaunt to Kennedy Space center, and surf and sun. Thank you Piedras!

Very nice place!

We rented this condo to attend a family member's wedding. The hosts are amazing and the view is amazing. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to the area!

Everything was clean, comfortable and the beach view on the balcony was so nice The pool was too cold for me but hubs swam in it anyway. The owner (Claudia) was so nice when she was checking in with us, although there was nothing we needed. Everything we needed was available. Would definitely stay here again

Quiet area, beautiful beach

This is a nice, spacious condo that’s less than 10 minutes from Old Town St. Augustine but free of the hustle and bustle. Nice ocean view with large deck close to pool and beach walk. The interior was relaxing but the heating unit was a little loud when running (this was January). I could easily tune it out though. One thing is the mattresses. One side of the king bed had a slight slope, while the queen mattress may be too firm for some people. The best thing was the two recliners which are hard to find in a unit but they made us feel right at home! I also appreciated the keurig coffee maker as that’s what I use so I could bring my own coffee. This unit was especially well located as you had the beach on the front and out back great sunsets with the intracoastal across the little road. This is a great unit to come home to after a busy day of sight seeing.
