The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the balcony - perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunrise. The beach was a short walk away and perfect for long walks. The location is very close to several great restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Our only slight complaint- we inquired about early check-in and was told would involve extra charges. This seems petty and poor customer service. Otherwise, the condo was excellent in every way!

Getting into the door was a bad experience. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didnā€™t. The location to the water was fabulous. While the place was clean it seemed like some maintenance needed done. The fan in the twin room for example. The refrigerator had rust. Towels in the smaller bathroom were worn.

Vilano Beach

The property was clean and comfortable.The only negative was the freezer was not as cold as it could have been (the ice cream did not stay frozen) and the right front burner of the stove did not work.We would love to stay there again.It was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday.

The property was beautiful. We loved being directly on the beach. It was nice having the Publix and the Circle K so close. It was also a very short drive to the St. Augustine Historic District. Loved the location!!

Location was great with easy movements to stores and eateries. However the condo smelled damp or musty for the stay. Ac worked well and we thought it would fade or "air out", but it didn't.It was clean, but it had a smell that seems old or "off". Not terrible and not a deal breaker, just not fresh.

Honeymoon retreat

Condo was clean and updated since the listing pictures. The kitchen is a nice white color now which makes it seem much larger than the original photos. Both bathrooms were also renovated and very nice with new walk in showers. The view was beautiful and made for a very nice relaxing honeymoon.The only possible negative that we found with the property was the elevator that had a sign stating it was not working and it should only be used for luggage and not people. We were fine but with the condo being on the second floor we can see this being a major issue for some guests as this was not told to us by the property manager before arrival. We frequently travel with multiple disable individuals and had this been a trip with them we would have needed to find other arrangements as they can not take stairs.

Nice place but the dishes were dirty and we could have used a few more dish towels. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, close to the beach and other amenities.

Perfect Property, Not so with Vrbo

We loved the condo, everything was as we expected and more. However, booking with Vrbo was a nightmare for me, a first-time user. Dealing with two managing entities, with different charges and payment schedules was time consuming and frustrating.

Beach view

Sea Watch 2B is in an excellent location to easily get to downtown St Augustine but is away from the crowds. The patio with a high table and 4 barstools provides a great view of the beach. The condo had ample room (closets/pantry) to put away suitcases and boxes. The king size bed in the master suite was comfy and the shower was lovely. I can easily recommend 2B and would rent again when in the area.

Girls Trip

Four of us stayed here for our annual girls' trip and were very happy. The condo is decorated nicely in a beach theme. The porch was perfect for sitting out and eating. Some of the appliances were a bit old but worked fine and were more than adequate for our needs. Loved our time there!

We found a few things didn't work or were in need of replacing but managed without issues. MB sink, MB tub faucet, RF large stove burner topped the list. Stay was enjoyed which was what we wanted.

Great Beach Trip

We loved this condo. Clean, quiet, great location near Publix grocery store and a fantastic beach view with easy beach access. The condo complex was very well maintained with a super nice pool. Next time we return to Vilano Beach / St. Augustime, we'd like to stay here again!

Dirty and Tired

The standout feature of this property is its prime beachside location, and the building and surrounding areas are well-maintained. However, the condo itself falls short in several areas. The primary issues are inadequate cleaning and significant maintenance neglect. Upon arrival, we found sand in the beds, hair in the bathrooms, greasy cabinet stains, and years of grime on the refrigerator door. Despite a second cleaning being arranged by the management companyā€”who were professional on the phoneā€”many of these issues persisted. Additionally, the condo appears to have received no maintenance for years. The furniture is worn with water damage and stains, and the couch and loveseat have dirt in the cushions. Rusted AC vents, mildew in the master bathroom tub, and a disintegrating drawer in the bathroom cabinet further detract from the experience. All the walls are blemished with mismatched paint, dust and grime on shelving, baseboards, and doors, and the outdoor furniture is so rusted that I cut the bottom of my foot on it. Furthermore, the current photos in the listing do not accurately reflect the unit's actual condition.

Great views!

The location is phenomenal for a fantastic beach vacation! The condo could have been a bit cleaner and beds could have been better in quality, especially the twin beds. It also would have been great to get additional details regarding some of the amenities in the condo or things to do in the area. Iā€™ve had that type of service from other VRBO owners. Overall, you canā€™t beat the perfect location and the views overlooking the water.

Great Vacation!

Nicely decorated, good location, easy beach access, convenient for shopping and restaurants, close to family that lives in St. Augustine, and extra beds so our grandchildren could spend a couple of nights with us. A good place to stay overall, but a night lite in the bathroom might be a plus since we could not find one at any of the nearby shopping places.

Four Nights

We split our ten day St Augustine Beach holiday between two oceanfront locations. The Crescent Beach property was cozy was this Vilano Beach condo was first class luxurious. Wonderful anniversary for us.
