End of summer stayā€¦.

Very easy access to and from the home. Biggest downfall was the noise above us and lack of parking. We also appreciated the hooks in the bathroom. So many times you go places like this and thereā€™s nowhere to hang your towels or anything of that sort, this bathroom had plenty.

Clean, comfy, and close to beach

This was a nice clean and comfortable house very close to the boardwalk and beach. The owners were great with communicating and answering our pre-trip questions. Parking is a little tricky, with just a few free spaces on this block, so we had to use a pay space first night until a free one opened up. We walked to everything after that since we were just a block and a half from the boardwalk and stores. This house was a great option for our ladies weekend!

Parking was ehh but we did rent during 4th of July week so that could have played a part in the difficulties in finding parking. Thereā€™s 3 other units on the property so the drive way is just unloading/loading. They had gas grills we utilized, picnic table with umbrella, 3 sets of outside furniture. they had beach chairs, boogey boards and sand castle toys for you to borrow. The location is great a block and a half from the boardwalk. Great if you are attending an event at the convention center. You do have to ask for extra linen to have bedsheets. Thereā€™s a kurig coffee machine, and the beds were comfortable. The owners were nice enough to let us check in early and they do have the unit professionally cleaned. ( we arrived as they were finishing) Our family had a great vacation, we should have booked another day. Totally would book again.

Wonderful place!

What a gem! Beautiful neighborhood, easy walking distance to boardwalk and beach as well a many other places (mini golf, a deli, a liquor store, uncle bills pancake house and more!). Plenty of free parking. Unit 1 was roomy and provided all we needed. Host has a very detailed book for house items as well as things to do in the area. Highly recommend and plan to use again in the future.

Perfect spot!

I met my sisters in Wildwood for a fun little beach weekend and we all were delighted with our stay at the Villa! Itā€™s a perfect location and it was super clean! With having a baby just starting to crawl, clean floors are always a concern of mine, and the floors and bathroom were spotless! Thank you so much! I will keep this place in mind when I come back to Wildwood!

This little house was EXACTLY what I was looking for! We came down for 2 nights for my daughter to compete at the convention center so the location was perfect walking distance. I needed a separate room for myself to sleep since my 4 & 6 year old my mom keep me up at night so the room situation was again, perfect! The house was CLEAN which is the first thing I noticed & appreciated very much. We were able to find free parking at the end of the street and we left the car all weekend since everything is walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend over and over.

Tournament of Bands weekend

There are only minor items to reflect on - My husband and I are senior citizens and the thermostat was hard to figure out. The kitchen sink does not have a stopper to keep water in to wash dishes. The television does not carry the major networks. Like I said - these were minor issues. The house was very clean.

Great place

The house was great. Easy access to the boardwalk and as well as exiting the island towards either Stone Harbor or Rio Grande. The VRBO Host provided a quick response regarding our request for an iron. Honestly, I only have good things to say. If I had any ideas to make the stay better, the only thing that would be very above and beyond would be leaving a list of places to eat in the off season. Wildwood is mostly a tourist town and plenty closes up in the off season as expected and those business don't always update their Google My Business. So you don't know what is really open or really closed until you arrive at the restaurant / business. That's not a VRBO Host problem, but that's all I could think of for feedback. The place was great, and honestly the price was favorable for anywhere. (Let alone 1.5 blocks off the beach) If this place is open, book it!!

Excellent property at an even more excellent location

We stayed at Villa Di Viggiano for two nights as an end-of-summer trip. It was a great homeā€”immaculately clean, comfortable for five people and one infant, and a block away from the Boardwalk. We won't hesitate to book again!

Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you.
