Serenity is one of the most spectacular homes on the North end of Tybee Island. A short walk to the beach or the Tybee Lighthouse, this 5500 square foot home includes six bedrooms all with adjoining full baths, and an additional 2000 square feet of porches and a one-of-a-kind roof deck with a fully equipped outdoor BBQ grill/stove, hot tub, and sun deck. The house has an elevator serving all living levels as well as an accessible equipped bathroom. Learn about the historical aspects of Tybee Island, Fort Screven, and nearby Fort Pulaski during your stay-- the entire home is decorated with hundreds of photos, engravings and art cataloging the history of the area for the past 200 years.

The bedrooms consist of two identical masters- equipped with a king size bed with assorted pillows. The two master bedrooms are all very large, with a bay window and views of the Tybee Lighthouse, a table with two chairs, two large dressers, alarm clock, and CAT-5 access in addition to the Wireless network. You can also enjoy the large flat screen TV from either of the master beds. The upstairs Master also includes a Sony Bluray disc player. All the main bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The master bathroom for each level is extra-large and includes a Bain-Ultra deck jaccuzi tub with a view of the Tybee Lighthouse. You'll be able to relax in this tub with the built-in fireplace providing a warm backdrop in front of you. After your bath, you can grab a pre-heated towel from the towel warming drawer incorporated into the tub deck. If you would rather use the walk-in shower, you will find a tile bench seat with additional hand sprayer. Finishing the bathroom are twin vanities and a linen cabinet including dual linen hampers.

There are two further guest rooms equipped with queen beds, adjoining walk in closet and full baths. One of these rooms is equipped with a larger handicap accessible bathroom (Note: NOT fully ADA compliant) with separate tub and shower and also has a flat screen TV for viewing from the bed. The fifth room has two extra-long twin beds with full bath and walk in closet. The sixth bedroom is part of the recreation room- perfect for kids- it had four pull-down twin Murphy Beds and an extra large full bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: TYBEE ISLAND RECENTLY ENACTED NEW LAWS REGARDING OCCUPANCY WHICH NOW LIMIT MY HOME TO A MAXIMUM OF 14 ADULTS (15 YEARS OR OLDER), WITH NO RESTRICTION ON THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN. MAXIMUM COMBINED OCCUPANCY OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN IS 20. THIS OCCUPANCY RESTRICTION MUST STRICTLY BE ADHERED TO IN ADDITION TO ALL PARKING AND NOISE REGULATIONS.

The kitchen is unequaled, with all the amenities you'd expect in a commercial kitchen including a 60' Wolf gas range with griddle, grill, six burners and twin ovens, a built-in counter top fryer and separate steamer, microwave oven, and plenty of storage space in two Sub-Zero Refrigerator and Freezers. An extra refrigerator is located in the pantry as well as a wine cooler/bar fridge in the kitchen bar counter. There you'll also find a large island with gourmet prep-sink, and vegetable washing hose, and an adjacent bar with beer & wine cooler, Keurig coffee machine machine and fresh squeezed lemonade press. You can literally have four cooks working in this kitchen with room to spare! To entertain your guests, you'll have use of the custom alderwood dining table that seats 12, and a wrap around couch in front of the 62" flat screen TV that seats just as many! (The couch cluster has two full-size pull out beds for extra guests or kids)

The recreation room on the ground floor includes a full-size slate pool table with ping-pong table cover, a fooseball table, and a poker table with bumper pool. The kids can enjoy a movie or plug in their X-Box or gameboy on the 50" flat screen TV. For your trips to the beach we have two beach wagons, an assortment of chairs, coolers, and toys to last the whole day.

Just when you thought you were done...a whole new vacation experience awaits you on the huge roof deck. You can relax in the 8 person Hotsprings spa tub, and soak in the panoramic views of the Tybee Light House, or watch ships come in and out of the Savannah River entrance with Hilton Head Island in the distance. There is an outdoor cooking counter with refrigerator, bar sink, 36" gas grill with internal smoker and rotisserie, and side burners. With the lights above the granite counter top you can enjoy this great amenity day or night. Adjacent seating for up to six persons on the dining peninsula. Finally, if you don't want to make the short walk to the beach for some sun, enjoy the lounge chairs on the sun deck area while you soak in the great Tybee weather!
