Niagara River Escape in Lewiston + Free Parking

Begin your day with a view of the Niagara Falls River. This home features a large outdoor deck, spacious back yard, and breathtaking sunsets. Perfect for a family get-away, small gathering, or week of relaxation. Situated on a quiet street, yet steps away from amenities including a public dock, restaurants and historic Lewiston. Only 15 minutes from Niagara Falls, NY and onsite parking for up to 5 vehicles.

The house is right by the waterfront and within walking distance of the Waterstreet Landing restaurant.

There are four bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size mattress that accommodates two people. This is the master bedroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen size mattress that accommodates two people. Bedroom #3 has a trundle bed with two full-size beds that each accommodate two people. This room also has an attached bathroom. Room #4 has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. The room is a converted space with a view of the patio that leads into a view of the patio and the waterfront. There is also a queen air mattress available.

There are two full-size bathrooms at the property. One has a bathtub with a shower and the other one has a shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all that is needed to cook, including appliances and cookware.

The living room features a 65 inch flatscreen TV with streaming services. There is parking for about five vehicles. Every bedroom also has a smart TV with streaming services.

The property also has its own private boat storage structure (see listing photos)

Great place

The house was in the perfect place, just a short walk to the river and dining, and walk the other way to the charming downtown with fantastic bakeries and shops. Beautiful 15 minute ride along the scenic route to Niagara Falls area.

Family Fun Getaway

Amazing view of the Niagara River. Such a beautiful quiet clean neighborhood, short walk to lots of small locally owned restaurants and shops. Our Host was very accommodating and always in communication to make sure everything was great for our family stay. We definitely enjoyed everything this property offered.

Great place to stay in Lewiston ,NY

If you are ever in Lewiston, NY this is the place to stay! The view of the river from the backyard is phenomenal, couldn't get enough of it! The large back deck is a great place to enjoy the morning cup of coffee or a evening glass of wine .The house is roomy and our family of 8 never felt crowded. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and he even provided the K-cups for the coffee pot! Close to the falls and to our venue . I would highly recommend this house !

Perfect for a Niagara Falls visit

We stayed here for our first visit to Niagara Falls. The 8 of us fit very comfortably in this house. The location is great, nice view of Niagara River, walking distance to Griffon Gastropub Restaurant, Center Street is right around the corner with many stores, restaurants and an incredible bakery. Niagara Falls was an easy 15 minute drive. This house was equipped with everything we needed! Accurate pictures and description.

Great spot to stay when fishing lower river

Overall house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice view of the river from deck. Easy walk from downtown and boat ramp. I was surprised that one of the bedrooms was actually an enclosed porch. It had a large picture window b/w BR and living room w/ no curtain. Great 3BR. Not ideal for 4BR

Surprising experience

I loved the cozy home, and the welcoming of its interior designs, beautiful! Just a few notes, the maintenance of the house could be better it had a lot to say the upkeep/cleanliness of the home.

Nice

We found the inside of the home to be nice and it was clean. We however were a bit disappointed as the deck was CAUTION TAPED off and no one let us know about this or why?. Then the steps leading to the yard were over grown with weeds and my brother had to hand oull them. On a positive note the back yard was spacious and so nice to play yard games in. I will be giving your property a 2nd chance prayerfully this year when we come back for another visit. God Bless and thank you.

Mixed Review

Location is excellent. Lewiston a wonderful little town and house close to the river and restaurants. Negative was condition of the house. Overgrown with weeds including poison ivy growing through back porch. Sent person to weed whack and spray ivy. Nice view from back porch but it is in need to repainting and outside of house algae covered in many areas. Large umbrella not functioning. Advertised as sleeping 12 (we had 10) but that includes squeezing kids on small beds and blowing up an air mattress. Main bath shower ceiling in disrepair. Refrigerator was not wiped clean when we got there (we cleaned before using). Toaster smoked upon use so we didn't use. Inside of house otherwise fine and we enjoyed the table and chairs on the porch often even given the need for cleaning and paint. As we were leaving, earth moving equipment was starting up next door digging foundation for house that will soon be under construction. Could be big noise and distraction for next guests. We had an enjoyable family stay even with the issues but the house was not up to VRBO standards we have experienced in the past.

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, very conveniently located close to everything in the town of Lewiston. We loved sitting on the wide deck , relaxing and overlooking the Niagara River. My family arrived from different locations so the circular driveway was a plus for our cars.

Niagara Falls

My family and I always wants to visit Niagara falls with our children. When I saw this listing I just knew we needed to book it. It was spacious, clean and fit our party of 12 very comfortably. Everyone had a bed to to sleep on and the kids loved sharing the beds with their cousins. We loved that the family room had a big TV that we would all watch together at night. We enjoyed the view of the Niagara river from backroom with the wall to ceiling windows throughout. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck whether it was eating or just enjoying the view. A nice stay in Beautiful Lewiston

This house was serviceable for our visit to the Niagra Falls area. The house could definitely use some updating. There was paint peeling off a wall. We were also unable to adjust the temperature of the downstairs shower. The deck could use some reinforcement in a could areas. The master bedroom mattress has a severe dip in the middle. The view is nice, the house is in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay. A few improvements would make this a 5 star house without a doubt.

Graduation weekend celebration

The location is perfect, super convenient and close to restaurants and Art Park. Sergio quickly responded to my questions. The house was clean and the layout was great for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful looking over the river. The patio is very relaxing and a great place to hang out. I look forward to coming back. My whole family has a great time .

Quiet getaway for the family!

We rented this home for our family of 3 to visit the Niagara Falls area, but we still wanted something in a quiet and comfortable home (not a hotel). We found Lewiston is perfect for just this type of stay. We also liked the idea of being near the water! This home certainly met the needs for the 3 of us, but wouldn't recommend filling it with 12 people as it states it can do. If you enjoy your space (which we do) then sleeping 6-8 will still be comfortable. This certainly is an older home and the owner has done some great things updating and making this home great for rentals. There still some work to complete on the home, but you can tell the owner is working to get things done as they can! While we enjoyed visiting the Niagara and Buffalo areas, we found ourselves wanting to come back to explore more of Lewiston!

Family reunion

Our family loves to come back to Lewiston to see our Dad. With 3 adult couples it’s a challenge finding a house we all agree on. This one was perfect! Fabulous neighborhood, walking distance to it all, hear the concerts at Artpark from your front door and the river views are gorgeous. It’s an older house with quirks (like a sneaky bathroom door which seemed really loud at night and dated bathrooms) but the location and views made it wonderful. Sergio and Clint were on top of everything when we had questions so didn’t hesitate to ask questions and then book the stay!

Amazing location in Lewiston, NY

My family had a fantastic stay this past week. Lewiston is a wonderful little town with great restaurants and this property was situated in easy walking distance to Center Street. We enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee every morning on the back deck that looks over the Niagara River. The house had all the essentials and was nice and clean when we arrived. Sergio was very quick to respond to any of our questions and was a wonderful host. We would jump at the chance to stay here again.
