This adorable house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Lewiston, NY. Sit on the covered front porch and enjoy the birds or grill out back in our fully fenced backyard. Take a 5 min walk into the Village and enjoy everything our village has to offer, from Artpark, jetboat rides, great restaurants and shopping. Tired? Our first bedroom boasts a king size adjustable memory foam bed, our 2nd and 3rd bedrooms come with comfy Queen size beds. All beds come with 1200 TC sheets and a selection of pillows to fit most preferences. Each bedroom has a vanity with large lighted mirror so that you can sit, drink your morning beverage and prepare to start the day. Speaking of beverages, the dining area has a coffee bar which allows you to enjoy your favorite beverage at any time day or night. Our bathroom has a wonderful shower with jetted tub, perfect for relaxing. There are 2 full size arcade machines with endless choices of games, as well as board games, books, playing cards and wifi. The kitchen is ready for cooking, however, you may be tired after travelling, so there will be a cheese tray with a bottle of wine to enjoy while unwinding. Snacks and beverages are available as well!

This house had everything we needed and then some extras! Arriving to cheer and crackers with a bottle of local wine was so appreciated after our drive from Pittsburgh. The location was perfect. Close to the falls but not so close that you were corralled with a crowd of tourists. The town of Lewiston is out of a picture postcard. Highly recommend this house and host to anyone heading to Niagara Falls!

After searching for a safe place to stay in Niagara Falls found this GEM 15 mins away from there. It is a beautiful home that is careful curated with wonderful artwork and decor. From the Kitchen to the Beds to the backyard everything was perfect. Loved our stay in Lewiston . Thank you for making our visit special.

We felt at home immediately, and loved the town center. Dining, bakery, coffee, shopping are all so convenient that we walked into town some days. The people and food in town were fabulous. And the host is VERY responsive and lovely.

Had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Niagra Falls is an easy drive. Also several other state parks. Tops grocery is nearby. That was very convenient. They have a diverse selection. My wife enjoyed the arcade games downstairs more than anyone. The patio in the back yard was a fun place to read.

Perfect Property

This house had everything you could need. It was clean and full of personal touches that helped you feel at home. Whether relaxing on the back patio or front porch it was comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the games and play space. We will definitely be recommending! The communication from our host was also great!

Home away from home

My daughter and I stayed in Lewiston for 4 days and had the absolute best stay at this pretty little house! Ann has put so much effort and thought into all the details. Every comfort of a home is included in this house. From a delightful coffee bar, the best stocked kitchen in any rental Iā€™ve ever been in, to the little game room in the basement. The welcome wine and cheese were so thoughtful and much enjoyed after our long travel. The town of Lewiston is a delightful, walkable town with so much history. We canā€™t wait to visit again.

Host was excellent!! Communicated with us throughout our visit. House is so cute and has a great relaxing atmosphere. My kids were very surprised when they saw the arcade games. Neighbor hood is so quiet and quaint. Definitely recommend this place and will be staying there again.

this quaint house was very spacious. more than enough space for the 4 of us. the decor was beautiful. property manager was very thoughtful and communicated in a timely manner. beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. it felt like a bone away from home. we loved every minute of our 4 day visit and will be returning when we're back in the area.

Terrific place for Graduation Weekend

We stayed at this home for a weekend with three generations of family to celebrate our sonā€™s college graduation, and it was fantastic. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the labeled cabinets were a great time-saver. Beds were very comfortable, and the beautifully maintained yard was a lovely place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet, and we appreciated being able to walk to the center of town. Communication with the host was smooth and easyā€”very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this home for an stress-free, comfortable stay!

My friends and I had a great time! The neighborhood was very cute and a quick five minute walk to the center of town. We walked at night in the dark and felt very safe in Lewiston.Ann checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and I let her know that we were having some difficulty with the outdoor fire pit. She sent her husband over right away to fix it for us. He was very helpful and gave us great advice on restaurant optionsI canā€™t wait to go back to Lewiston and stay in that adorable house. Ann thought of everything. Itā€™s beautifully decorated and has everything you need for kitchen and bathroom. The beds are super comfy too!

Luxury in Lewiston!

The most convenient house I have ever stayed in! From phone chargers to detergent, the home is full of surprises. The sauna tub is the reason I rented the house but Ann, the host, goes above and beyond for your comfort! She is easy to communicate with and cares about the tenant. Definitely will stay here when the opportunity arises!

Great location for Lewiston & Lower Niagara River Ammenities

We had 4 adults revisiting Lewiston for our 50th Class reunion. The very cute house is centrally located in a nice quiet family neighborhood and is nicely remodeled with all the amenities to make a stay comfortable. Ann, our host was very accommodating, left us refreshments and goodies to enjoy. There are multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas and a lovely landscaped and cared for private back yard with BBQ & firepit. We noticed a very nice basement gaming area and couch seating that our grandkids would have enjoyed immensely! Lewiston's Center Street and shops/venues were just up the road and in walking distance. We highly recommend this property and will certainly stay again upon return to the area! Thank you Ann!

We had a wonderful stay with Ann! My family is from Lewiston, so I am very familiar with the location and this is the perfect spot! An easy walk to Center Street for the Art Fest, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Also a quick drive to Niagara Falls, Buffalo, or Canada. The house was clean, well organized (everything is labeled for easy access!), and very thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. Ann even provided a book with all the instructions for the house so we knew how to operate everything. We will definitely be booking again and have already recommended this house to our family as well!
