Our Villa is not an ordinary holiday home – it is our second home, which we have lovingly planned and built ourselves with great attention to detail. We spend many weeks here each year with our family and have designed every corner so that both young and old can feel comfortable. Perhaps that’s why, from the moment you arrive, you sense that this house is more than just a typical rental property: it is full of personal touches, memories, and carefully chosen details. It’s a place where families can relax together, discover nature, and simply enjoy time with each other.

The house is situated above the small village of Kalamitsi, nestled among ancient olive trees, pines, and the remnants of old vineyards. Up here, the view of the Ionian Sea is a delight at any time of day – whether at breakfast, while playing, or during an evening barbecue together.

Inside, there is plenty of space for everyone: three cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds (two on the ground floor with mountain views, one upstairs with access to the large roof terrace and stunning sea views), two bathrooms (downstairs with a natural stone rain shower, upstairs in fresh turquoise), and a spacious open-plan living area where you can cook, eat, read, or play together. Because we love cooking, the kitchen is particularly well equipped. Especially practical: all windows have fly screens and shutters, so even small children can sleep peacefully.

Outside, the terraces surrounding the house are inviting – perfect for a leisurely family breakfast, a nap in a deck chair, or a shared meal at the large wooden table in the evening as the sun slowly sets over the sea. Children can go on discovery tours in the garden or play in the shade of the pine tree while the adults relax. Two outdoor showers provide refreshment after a day at the beach, and there are cozy corners everywhere to retreat to. If you like, you can fire up the barbecue in the evening or count shooting stars with the children – the sky here is especially clear.

There is also plenty of entertainment: board games, books, and internet are available. A washing machine, bed linen, hand and beach towels are provided. The secure parking spaces make arrival easy and ensure safety.

The island’s most beautiful beaches can be reached quickly by car via a picturesque winding road. Along the way, it’s worth stopping to enjoy the view. In nearby Exanthia, you’ll find the popular restaurant "Rachi", where you can dine above the clouds. The property itself is 2,000 square meters and offers plenty of space for adventures and little nature explorers.

Many of our guests tell us that they felt at home after just a short time – perhaps it’s the special atmosphere, or maybe it’s all the little details our family has come to love here. It’s a place where memories are made: morning yoga on the terrace, long barbecue evenings, trips together to the beaches, or simply relaxing hours with a view of the sea.
