Welcome to Boca Chica!

Our beach house, Boca Chica, is tucked away at the north end of Virginia Beach, offering the comforts of home while being just a few scenic steps from the ocean. Enjoy easy access to the beach without having to cross any busy streets.

Grill and chill on our sunny deck or shoot down to the resort area for sites, bites and beverages! The entrance to First Landing State Park is also right around the corner. Go there to get your run in, take a scenic nature walk or bike ride.

Boca Chica’s fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and keep the tank full for whatever adventures you have planned. And our comfortable living and dining areas make gathering an effortless affair. We also have high speed cable/wifi, flat screen tvs, books, puzzles and games.

With master suites on both floors with full bathrooms--including bath tubs--you can rest easy and recharge.

Bringing little ones? We have you covered with double beds/bunk beds as well as an optional gate at the top of the stairs. A fully fenced in yard and outdoor shower offer privacy and a place to rinse off sandy toes after fun on the beach.

MAIN FLOOR:

Fully-equipped eat-in kitchen (pots, pans, cooking tools, utensils), formal dining room, utility room with washer/dryer and ground floor master suite with private bathroom. Half bath under the stairs.


Main entrance along with entrance to the deck/backyard and side entrance to outdoor shower and side yard.

Huge, sunny deck with outdoor seating and umbrella.

SECOND FLOOR:

Master bedroom suite with spacious private bathroom and flat screen tv. Two additional bedrooms - one with double beds and the other with bunk beds. Full bath in the hallway. Child gate available for top of stairs.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

-Wifi available throughout.
-TVs in the living room, downstairs bedroom and upstairs master suite.
-Kitchen includes: microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cookware, stemware, plates, mugs, glasses and flatware.

Weekly rentals only.
Rates include a cleaning fee and complimentary cable tv/wifi.
Security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned to you within 2 weeks of vacating if no damages are found upon inspection.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT OUR PROPERTY. IDs will be required.
We allow up to 9 people to stay at Boca Chica. This includes a maximum of 5 children.
Plan to bring your own bed linens, bath towels and beach towels. We provide pillows and coverlets only. We rent bed linens and towels for an additional cost of $150.00. Please notify us if you would like this service when making your reservation.
