Enit is a wonderful host! We needed a long term rental after moving to the area and this property was fantastic. Great location, very clean, and a nice little home away from home. Enit was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

Great location

Great location and access to the beach...we preferred this quieter stretch of beach to the boardwalk area. It was nice to have beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) to use as well as the outdoor shower. Wifi worked well.

We had a great trip! This house was perfect and extremely clean probably the cleanest house we’ve ever rented over 15 years!! it had great beach access and was centrally located to all the great things in Virginia Beach. Highly recommend. The owner was very attentive and had great communication.

Great location, Great Host

Our host was super lovely! The home was clean and met every need we had. Highly recommend.. While we were not there to visit the beach, the home is super close to the beach! We definitely would return when we go to Virginia Beach!

Great Stay!

The house was perfect and was as advertised. Croatan Beach is a very nice community and the beach was not crowded. The owners did a nice job of staying in contact throughout the process. I recommend the rental for others looking for a short walk to a semi private beach.

Lovely neighborhood!

This house has everything you need for a great beach vacation! The location is very close to the Virginia Beach boardwalk but located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby access to an uncrowded beach. The owner is very responsive and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our trip!

Family Beach Trip

This is our second stay at Enit’s house at Croatan Beach and both experiences have been perfect for our family including a toddler and a dog. The house is very spacious with enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Even in a heat wave, the walk to the beach was quick and easy and Enit provided lots of beach essentials - chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for hauling gear. Our family had a great time and would love to stay again!

Family vacation

Took my family of nine to this house. Beautiful house, quiet, friendly neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Plenty of room to spread out and still could come n all meet in the the large living room and dining areas for family functions. Awesome property

Time with family

We booked an emergency Vrbo for our family to deal with the death of my mother. I can't stress enough how incredible it was to have a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place so close to the beach to lay our heads. Grateful to Enit for his accommodations.

This is the place!

Look no further! Great family vacation house! The house is bigger than we expected. Wonderful location. plenty of room for my kids stretch out for the week. Beach is just a short walk. The owners are easy to work with. We will stay again!

Family fun in Virginia Beach

This was a wonderful place for our family vacation at Virginia Beach! The layout of the home worked great to give everyone some space, yet room to gather for meals and movies. It was great to have such a well equipped kitchen, including high-end pots and pans. We loved the comfy sectional in the living room with the fireplace and big TV ready to go. The beach was so close, and very secluded, allowing us lots of elbow room when we spent time by the surf. We would definitely plan to return!

Awesome house!

From the very start, Enit was incredibly friendly, informative and on top of things. The house was super clean when we arrived and was stocked with everything we would need just like at home. Very spacious and comfortable—beach supplies too! The short walk to the beach access was easy, too. We would definitely love to return in the future! Thank you Enit!!

Great house, but a lot of jet noise.

The home was great with very positive experience from owners. Some minor issues such as light bulbs out. Great neighborhood. With Oceana Naval Air Station nearby nearly constant jet noise from around 8:00 am to around midnight. Overall a positive experience.

The perfect balance in Virginia Beach

Sea Dream Croatan was the perfect place for us! It's close enough to enjoy the Virginia Beach boardwalk, shops, and restaurants, but also super quiet to return to after a busy day. Croatan Beach was clean and not crowded at all. Most pet friendly beach houses have the smell of pets, BUT not this one. The beach was an easy walk. I will recommend that if you drive a vehicle that is low to the ground you may want to use the street parking as the driveway is steep. Enit was an excellent hostess, very helpful and responsive. We will be looking for an opportunity to stay here again!

Family Vacation

Enit’s place was perfect for a vacation for our family. Lots of space for my husband, infant, in-laws, and dog to stay. My infant still wakes up overnight, especially on vacation, and it brought us peace of mind to be on the first floor in a room next to his and two floors away from where my in-laws stayed so that we didn’t have to worry about him waking anyone up. Lots of room to relax on the second floor and on the decks. We made food on the grill 3 nights which worked out great. Very quiet neighborhood, quick walk to the beach and beach is not heavily populated. Enit was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than I could have imagined!

My husband, myself, son, daughter in law and our dogs just returned from this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is a very short walk to the beach ( we are from New Jersey and we are used to walking a mile from the car to the beach!) The house has everything you could need to make a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of sleeping space for many people. The common area is great and the decks are a great place to hang out and relax. We will be back! Thank you Enit! Great time in Virginia Beach!

My husband and I stayed at Enit's wonderful home in Virginia Beach for a week. The location of the house is perfect and the neighborhood is lovely. There are plenty of beds and baths for a larger group. Although it was too cool to beach it, there are bikes and other beach toys in the garage that look like they would be great for the summer. There are TVs in the downstairs family room and the main upstairs living room. Netflix in the great room was wonderful on the cooler spring nights. Enit was wonderful to work with and very responsive to our requests. We will definitely go back! Thanks for the much needed rest!

Everything We Needed

In between homes with just our suitcases, this home had everything we needed for a six week stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and small appliances you'd want to cook your own meals. We especially liked the waffle maker. It was just two of us and our cat, but there are enough beds for a large family reunion. The entire home is very spacious with two large decks. A fireplace in the living room gave our February movie nights a cozy setting. As for location, its proximity to the ocean made for some great runs and walks along the water and in the neighborhood. The owner is friendly and quick to answer any questions. She made our check-in, stay, and check-out all very easy. Highly recommend!

First time in Virginia Beach

Beautiful and roomy property. The extra bunks in two of the rooms allow for configurations for specific family needs. There are two big tables in the living room as well for a big dinner gathering or just family games, etc. This would be a great location for a multi-generational family gathering as well due to the extra living room/bathroom/counter at the entry level connected to the two entry level bedrooms. Our kids (11 and 14) love to boogie board and the waves were just right for them. The check-in was seamless. Enit returned every inquiry and communication within hours and checked up on us the first day to make sure we arrived safely. She even sends polite and gentle reminders for trash pick-up, etc. We had a blast! Thank you!!

Perfect!

Second annual week at the beach with a 23 month old and can't say enough about this wonderful house. So much room to spread out and such a short walk to the beach that we went back and forth with very little effort. Even the tiny toddler legs could make it easily! Kitchen is so spacious that we could all be sharing the cooking and clean up chores comfortably. Loved the washer and drier on the second floor and used it to be able to return home with all clean clothes and towels which is always a wonderful way to end a trip. Enit was helpful as always with tips for the week and responded quickly to any questions. Lojnging on the 2 outside decks is always a favorite pastime and we were not disappointed again this year. Already looking forward to next year at the beach!,

Family trip with older kids is always a challenge but everyone had a great time and it was awesome having our own space and bathroom! Communication was beyond what I expected. Between instructions, suggestions, tid bits of "speed traps". Even during the stay if I had any questions, responses were thorough! The house and location was amazing. We were far enough away we didn't have the craziness of everyone from the boardwalk (it was like having our own private beach) but close enough we could go to the boardwalk everyday if we wanted to experience! And even though more permanent residents in the neighborhood than renters everyone we ran into (or walked past during our morning walks) were so polite and welcoming.You for sure had to get used to the loudness of the jets taking off from the best but my gosh was it the coolest thing!!!!Feel like I could go on but bottom line I can't recommend this VRBO enough! Thank you for a great week!
