We loved our stay! We had such a nice time, and enjoyed the amenities of the building! The pool was very nice, clean and well taken care of! There is a nice grilling area that many families used during our stay with a beautiful covered area to entertain! The fishing pier was out of commission, but several boat docks to walk out on and fish from! The laundry area is very nice, ample machines that are all newer and very clean! The door does say open 7am-10pm, however they lock the door before 10pm so plan ahead. We had to get our laundry the next morning to finish packing. Not a big deal for us, but if you have an early flight it might be! The condo is located right next to the elevator and trash shoot. You can hear the elevator inside the condo but it’s pretty quiet background noise. Was not an issue for us!Inside the condo is cute! Very beach themed which was perfect! The kitchen is dated, but appeared to be well stocked with anything you’d need. We didn’t use the kitchen, aside from the fridge! The dining and living area is good size! It was nice the couch folded down to a bed, although not the most comfortable it worked for what we needed! The bedroom was large, and loved the balcony access. The sliding screen door could use some love, it’s tricky and comes off the track easily. Makes it challenging for a child to go in and out. The balcony is large and a nice quiet area! We loved the seating outside! We would definitely stay again!
