Villas 3 is a resort community of individually owned units located between Clearwater Beach & St. Pete Beach.
The resort offers easy access to many leisure & recreational activities. A beautiful location to watch the romantic sunsets. Easy access to many nearby shops & restaurants including John's Pass Village Boardwalk with over 100 unique shops. Conveniently located about 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport & about 2 hours away from Orlando international airport.

Take the beach trolley up and down the beaches as Villas 3 has a bus stop right outside. We also have uber and lyft just a phone call away.

Indian Shores Beach is one of the Gulf's most beautiful beaches and is a perfect place for sea lovers! With clean white sandy beach , pristine clear blue ocean, manicured gardens with exotic plants and palm trees all surrounded by a wide variety of natures wild life. A small beach community resort atmosphere, with large gazebo and complimentary BBQ grills for cooking outside and entertaining your friends or family all while lounging by the very large private heated pool & patio which directly over looks the Gulf of America. Use the outside complimentary gazebos and dining tables / chairs conveniently located next to bbq grills to serve lunch, dinner or with a little luck fresh fish caught right from the beach.

Yes Indian Shores beach truly is a very special destination and one that entices visitors year-round from all over the world to come visit and stay.

Also conveniently located between Sarasota and Tampa on the west coast off I-275. Multiple shopping opportunities are available as well as museums galleries and boutiques.

All-inclusive utilities, electricity, water, internet Wi-Fi , cable television, central Air Conditioning , outdoor BBQ grills and dining tables and all complimentary. Public beach trolley/bus stops outside in front of Villas 3.

Activities:

Sailing, Fishing, Swimming, Parasailing, Golfing, Walking or jogging along the shore line, Tennis, Kayaking and much, much more. Two local Boat Rental companies found on TripAdvisor are: Island Marine Rentals & Contagious Fishing Charters.

Check out Johns pass with many restaurants galore and over 100 shops a short drive away.

Check out the fresh Florida grouper sandwiches…. as Johns Pass is considered to be the main distribution center of the daily caught FRESH Grouper!!

Unit 311 is located on the third floor and overlooks the central courtyard. It does not have a balcony or direct ocean view but it is just steps to the beach and priced accordingly as ocean view much more expensive. Laundry room is conveniently located on same floor next to elevator.

Far from the pictures

Unit looks used, only one blanket for 2 beds, air conditioner impossible to adjust, so it's not blowing on your head when you sleep. There were on-going construction on the ground level 7 days a week, 11hrs each day. Dust, noise, no space to park. Closet doesn't have much room for any clothes

Short stay

Only got to stay for one week but enjoyed ourselves. Great location. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Great location.

Vacation in Paradise

The location was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home had everything we needed & it was such a great location that we really had no reason to even leave the property. The pool was clean, guests were respectful, and the patio with grills was a great hangout for us. We will definitely be back!

Like staying in a DUNGEON

This condo is located in an interior airshaft, four walls surrounded by four walls. There is no exterior view other than looking at the front doors of other condos that face the outside. The garbage shoot for all condos is located on the back wall of this condo, which is the bedroom, so you hear everytime throws their trash in all 77 condos. All 77 condos have access to the ONE elevator. Their is only one Handicap parking space for entire complex. This condo was recently renovated very tastefully BUT no matter how much lipstick you put on a PIG it is still a PIG

Sweet beach retreat!

Robert and Tetyana have been the best VRBO hosts and were most accommodating when I had to reschedule my trip, twice, due to a family illness. Third time was a charm and their sweet little place was so clean, welcoming and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and cooler were all put to good use. The location was absolutely perfect with a beautiful, white sandy beach as you exit the condo. The only thing I did miss was a view out the windows (they open to condo's interior courtyard), but in the end it didn't matter as I didn't spend much time inside anyway. I loved my stay so much, I even extended it a couple extra days. Thank you both for a wonderful trip and you will definitely hear from me again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

The apartment was cute, comfortable, clean, & had everything we needed for the weekend. They even had beach towels, chairs & umbrellas, so no need to bring. No beach view from room didn't bother us at all as we already knew it from the description. Robert was easy to contact & replies right away. Parking is across the street but was not an inconvenience until it was pouring down rain. We had left our umbrella in the room, so that's our fault! Maybe wouldn't recommend to someone who is elderly to cross the street, but it really was not a big deal to me & my teenage daughter. We immensely enjoyed our short stay & would stay again! Can't beat the price for a short getaway on beachfront property.

Awesome vacation

This was our first time to Indian Shores and we truly enjoyed it. Our condo had everything we needed, plus more. The owners were very nice and quickly responded anytime we had a question. It was very clean and the location was the best. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back.

Description was as advertised. Unit has everything you need for the beach. The property is on the beach. Bus trolley stops are right in front of property. Thanks for having us will be back.

Good stay

Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. The outdoor grills were not ib great condition so we used the stove in the condo. The pool and beach were steps away. We were disappointed the bed was Queen and not king size as advertised.

Steps to the beach is the draw

older building that could use a face-lift. Some parking is across the busy Gulf Blvd. One elevator for 7 floors. One small hand sanitizer in lobby during Covid . Unit was well equipped and very clean but in the middle of the building with a concrete wall view. Area is quiet and drivable to stores etc or 15 min walks to 7/11 !and a pizza shop. If u rent from a private owner they must be contacted for any issues not the on-site office. Older crowd hereby some young ..families . Charcoal grill and small fishing dock that is across the street. Our unit was described properly however I disliked the location in the building.

Clean room

I rented the property so my wife could have a week at the beach before she goes in for back surgery. We had to leave our week long rental after the first day because the bed was hurting her back so terribly that she was unable to sleep. This was no fault of the owner. Given my short stay I can only advise of the room’s cleanliness and that it has all the kitchen utensils you will need for your stay.

RELAXING AND FANTASTIC

The unit was completely clean and everything we needed. I loved our location for there was not much around to be a distraction. The pool and area around it were big and clean. The whole experience was a positive!!!!

Great location, dirty room

I really wanted to leave a good review, but unfortunately I have to let others know so they don’t have the same “buyers remorse” that we did. The property manager is great, very responsive and wants you to have a good time, which is why I’m having a hard time writing a bad review. Let’s start with the room itself. The room was nicely decorated but it was completely disgusting. There were long strands of black hair all over the condo on the floors, the floors were NOT clean AT ALL. Not even the rug was vacuumed. We didn’t even want to take our shoes off, that’s how bad it was. The room looked as if it has never been dusted, even the decor had dust, corners of the walls. Let’s head into the kitchen now, stove was clean thankfully, but not one single dish was clean, (again filled with dust or a film) not one thing matched either, it looked as if everyone who has ever stayed there left a piece of their own dishes. Location is amazing. Walk right from condo to beach and pool. We enjoyed that. Also close to stores and restaurants. We just couldn’t get over the room :( we won’t be going back. We just wanted to make people aware. You get what you pay for.

Good condo for your money

This condo was excellent! The property owner was very helpful and responded in a timely manner, he was super friendly and helped as much as he could! Perfect for our family of three!
