Cozy up to one of the two fireplaces or head outside for a campfire around the huge firepit. Fish off the dock, swim, take out the paddleboat; or head out on to the ice for some winter action. Cuddle up with a book in the 4-seasons room overlooking the lake.

I love this lake place plenty of room for day visitors and nice campfire area and dock with seating. This is our second time and we plan to come back again. Very clean and up to date. This is a lovely home.Sue G

The interior was clean, with the exception of a few spider webs. There were also dirty dishes in the cupboard. The exterior needs a good cleaning as the front door area was filled with spider webs. The cabin is very spacious and space for everyone. It is wonderful having 4 bathrooms. The bathrooms were all very clean! Outside of pesky spiders it was perfect.

Beautiful lake house

We stayed here for two days while at a conference for work. Itā€™s a beautiful home, is well equipped and has a gorgeous view of the lake. Itā€™s roomy and comfortable and a perfect home for a nice vacation or quick stay. We were very comfortable here.

The property was amazing. The host was very efficient when it came to any questions. Check in was very easy and the kids had a great time on the ice. Will definitely come back in the Summer.

Friends Weekend

Great cabin for large group. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. Check in and communication with host was fast. Already planning to rebook with kids and other families as itā€™s perfect to host more then one family. Very pleased with everything!

Peaceful surroundings. Big enough to house the entire family comfortably. Thanks to property owners for quick communication, although I didnā€™t have the fastest responses. Very accommodating. Would definitely refer to others.

Great getaway

This was such a great getaway for my family. It was so peaceful to watch the lake from the balcony, or sit in the 4 season room or really anywhere and just listen to the sounds of nature. My kids all loved all the fish they were catching. I would highly recomme d for relaxing and recreation woth family.

Lake Family reunion

Great Getaway for Family with Kids

This property has lots of room for one or more families. The hosts are very responsive. I liked that the doors chime each time that they are opened so that you donā€™t have to worry about young kids wandering down to the lake. There isnā€™t much of a beach, but you can swim there or paddle boat to the middle of the lake to swim.

Central MN stay

The house is like a brand new dream home! We used the main level and loved everything about it. The view to the lake is very nice and the location is in a quiet location. We enjoyed daily walks through the peaceful area. There was a nice welcome gift bag, a booklet that answered any questions we may have, clean and comfortable furnishings, and plenty of room/beds for a large family. I would highly recommend staying here. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Perfect Stay on the lake

This home was better than we expected. It was very clean, well thought out layout and amenities, as well as, spacious for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. We loved the large dining table and island - perfect for having everyone together. The fishing off the dock was great. The guys and kids caught tons of fish. The view of the lake was beautiful and we loved sitting out by the dock and at the bonfire. Our kids loved the tree swing. The care package when we arrived was a nice & welcoming touch. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again!

Great for Families

My husband and I brought our three children, 7, 5, and 3. The listing says family friendly, but it is like coming home! There is a highchair, toys, activities, swings, and more! My children loved it! My parents stayed with us and there was plenty of room for all of us. They had their wing of the house, and we had ours, so my kids didn't disturb them too much. They were impressed with how comfortable the living room and four seasons rooms were to relax at the end of the day. The owner is easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We all enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back!

Awesome place to stay

Rite from the time we first walked in, we were awe struck by the view, the cleanliness, and amenities. Our group included myself along with my wife and 4 year old granddaughter, as well as my mother and father in-laws. We came to attend my daughterā€™s and her husbandā€™s graduation at Saint Cloud. Our time spent at the house was much more limited than any of use would have liked. The steep and long stairs to the beach prevented us from going to the lakeside, since my mother in-laws and I both have a hard time walking. But the view was more than enough for us. After the graduation ceremonies we were able to make good use of the fire pit, and the large spacious kitchen; when my daughter and her in-laws along with a couple of their college friends, came over for the evening. What a great time we had. What a great host/owner. He was always pleasant to work with. We all wanted to stay longer and hope to return someday.

Beautiful location and up to date & clean home!

We really enjoyed our stay for a friends' getaway in November. The cabin is very clean and up to date. We loved the windows overlooking the lake especially from the sunroom where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The couch/ tv set up was comfy for evening movies. The large island and kitchen table was great for meals, playing games and a day of crafts. The cabin is located on a quiet road which was great for our daily walks. We loved the outdoor fire pit. Communication was great with the owner. The reasons for the 4 star review: We were disappointed that both indoor fireplaces were electric and not gas so they didn't have the same vibe for reading or watching movies by the fire. Also every mattress in this cabin is thin and uncomfortable. We could understand that being the case on the bunk beds but even the full size beds were difficult to sleep on. The check-in process was different than we had ever experienced where they wouldn't give us the code until we arrived, so it made for a lot of unnecessary messaging when one member of our party arrived before me (who had made the booking). All of us staying there are coffee drinkers so we brought our own large coffee maker when we found out that they only supply a small 4 cup one.

Great Family Spot (The perfect city escape)

What a great place for a family getaway! When we pulled up there was a whole family of snowman to greet us, letting us know we were at a family friendly spot. When we got inside there was a gift perfectly curated just for our stay. We spent four nights in this beautifully designed home on the lake. The large floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire back of house provided a scenic view of the snow-covered lake complete with ice fishing huts and an idyllic farm across the lake. The owners even thought of having sledding gear so the kids could have fun outside. A completely furnished kitchen, including bakeware and a wide variety of tools, made meals easy and enjoyable. Since the kitchen isnā€™t separated from the rest of the first floor, the cooks could be part of the talking, laughing and fun making. We especially liked the large table with room for 12 people while not making the seven of us (including baby) not feel miles apart from each other. We would have liked to sneak the table and chairs home with us. And, if that wasnā€™t enough space, the large kitchen island was home for more games and meal prep. With a large sectional couch, we all could ignore the cold weather outside, snuggle in to watch movies on the TV and feel the warmth of the fireplace. The bedroom upstairs had plenty of room for baby and parents, complete with a very cool shower room. Oh but thereā€™s more downstairs, a big play area complete with toys for little ones and three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms. Our boys thought the bunk beds were the coolest but not as cool as the air hockey game and toys! Thereā€™s so much room in this place that you donā€™t feel cramped and can easily find a place to just hang out. Would we go again? In a heartbeat.

Displaced from family home

Had a mishap at our family home. My sister found this VRBO listing online. Told them our situation they were more than willing to help us out. This house is so spacious and a great view of the lake. Lots of wildlife to wake you up in the mornings. When we had a few problems they were right there to walk us through it.

Girls weekend

This property is amazing. The cabin is perfect for families, friends, girls weekends etc. there is lots of space for everyone to enjoy. It was great having four bathrooms. The property manager was great to work with and response times were very quick throughout the whole process. We will be back!

Very nice and new cabin

This was a great location. Many details were well thought out. Great room sizes and number of bathrooms to accommodate a group. The interior of the house was very clean. I have 4/5 stars for clean due to the amount of Cobwebs by exterior front door. The twin beds mattress comfort is a 2/5. Made for small children not adults. The cabin is beautiful and would highly recommend to Family and friends. Furniture was nice and several great amenities. Good communication with owners. Very friendly. Thanks for having us!!
