Live music at many of these venues nightly! Everything was as described! Great communication with host. Beautiful condo, within walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg. Comfy furniture withAmazing views. “Bubba” the bear even made a couple appearances which made the stay even more memorable. Will stay here again.

Condo was in a perfect location to walk to town to local restaurants, shops, or to free trolley stops to get you to other "points of interest" further away. It was also very clean, and comfortable and set up with everything you need to cook if so desired. Would definitely stay there again if we get the chance to travel to Gatlinburg again.

The room was very nicely decorated very comfortable, and very clean. Correspondence with Clay was fantastic, and her was very accommodating when we asked to stay another night. Definitely would stay here again!

The stay was amazing! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had the best time. Communication with the host was clear and quick. We didn’t guess for anything because the instructions they provided were very detailed. The check-in process was very easy. The parking pass was hard to access through the Vrbo app but the host has passes in the condo and we didn’t have any problems. The condo had everything we needed for the stay: hairdryer, dishes, shower soaps and towels. We were able to walk everywhere in Gatlinburg from the condo. It was just fair enough that it was quiet at night but close that the shops and restaurants were 5 minutes away. There are stairs to head to town, but we didn’t mind that at all. Our only minor complaint (and no fault to the hosts) was the road to the condo is on a double blind turn and does make it hard to get out. But traffic was pretty slow during our stay and didn’t find it too difficult.

This was such a nice place to stay. Perfectly sized for the 2 of us. More space than a hotel room with the ability to cook. Wish it had been cold enough to use the fireplace! Close to town with a trolley stop at bottom of the road. Will hopefully stay here again.

This little cozy suite was perfect for a quick weekend trip for 4. Host was kind and easy to work with at both check in and check out. Kitchen had all of the essentials. The area was quiet but with easy walking access to downtown Gatlinburg.

We stayed two nights to do some hiking in the smokies. The Holly Bear Condo was only 20 minutes, which was great. It was so cute, clean and comfortable. Clayton was very responsive and even told us we could call him at anytime if we had issues. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again.

We have owned this unit at Laurel Inn Condos for many years and is a favorite destination for not only vacationers but our own family. This unit is on the main floor from parking lot and so there are no stairs coming in from parking lot and no elevator wait time. Recently renovated with all new Kitchen, clooring, refrigerator and upgraded fusnishings you will relax here. The view is also amazing in any season but in fall and winter you can see the space needle from here on NEW YEARS EVE! Views the pool of the complex next door and you may see an occasional family of bears making their way between the buildings !

This unit is very cozy, just right for a couple or with kids. Sleeps 4. Beautifully decorated, recently updated kitchen has granite counter tops, upgraded cabinetry, flat surface stovetop, dishwasher and you have everything you need for a long stay, a convection microwave, and there is a coin laundry in the basement of the building for your convenience! Free wifi and there is a rooltop desk in the event you must do some work while you are visiting. The bedroom has plenty of room for a pack and play in the event you have small children.
