This precious home has everything you want in a beach vacation rental. Stylish décor, lots of natural light, comfortable furnishings, and a view to die for!! Imagine sitting on the deck watching the pelicans fly over while sipping your morning coffee, or catching a spectacular sunset with your favorite people and iced beverage. The great room, with living and dining areas adjacent to the open kitchen allows everyone to interact while watching a movie, playing a board game or preparing a delicious seafood meal. After a day of fun in the sun, curl up on comfy beds in one of the bedrooms, each with it's own TV so everyone can stream their favorite show or movie with no fighting over the remote. When you are ready to get some sand between your toes the beach is literally steps away! The area downstairs is perfect for a quick lunch break from the sand and surf. This brand new rental will book fast, reserve your spot today!!

Family vacation

The shore house was amazing! The beds were comfy, the kitchen made for a good place to congregate and share stories of the beach and things we saw. We had a fantastic time and recommend to anyone wanting to get away! The location literally can’t be beat! Right on the beach!

Great stay, little busy.

Great little house in nice shape. Love that it was so close to the beach. Only down side is that area of the beach is VERY busy.

Great stay

Right on the beach. 20 second walk to the sand. Great view from the deck. Water pressure in shower is amazing. Everything you need in the kitchen.

Location, location, location!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not the biggest or the best, but the location can't be beat. Right on the beach! The house is nice but the rental company does not include linens, not only are they extra, you have to put them on the bed when you get there? What kind of vacation is that?

Great location

The house was very clean and great location. Such a nice deck and view! We did not enjoy having to put sheets on seven beds when we arrived or having to unwrap and and put away all towels. This was a vacation and having to spend outer time doing house work was not what we anticipated. Also, there is a camera directly above the outdoor shower. That gave a creepy vibe- esp with teen girls in our party.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay. The house was as close to the beach as possible. It was clean and had a great layout that made is seem larger that it was. Especially liked the service and extras from Cobb Real Estate. Received a beach bag when we checked in and free DVD movies from a machine located outside their office.(Yes, I know DVDs are somewhat old school - however it was a nice extra.) Something that seemed odd but worked out well was that no sheets or towels were provided after summer. We chose to get these provided for an extra fee. This actully worked out great since these were all left in a large bag upon entering the property. Each sheet set, towel set, and kitchen towels were individually wrapped in cellophane. This made us feel like they were freshly washed and clean. This was our first rental from Cobb but it will not be the last.

We Enjoyed The Shore House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Shore House is a newer beach house which is nicely decorated and comfortable. It is on the front line of beach houses with direct access to the beach. This is a fairly busy section of beach, with large rental homes behind the house, so it can be a busy area. However, the house itself was great, and having sheets and towels with beds made, was very welcoming. We also enjoyed the bucket of dish soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper and trash bags. This was a welcome addition to our rental experience.

Amazing Time

We very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and clean home so close to the beach. We go twice a year and hope to be back at the Shore House again.

41st anniversary, great time . would stay again. Negatives were the sticker burs on the grounds were horrible (for fur baby). Shopping, restaurant's ( stingrays ) was great. Get a kite and fly Thanks M&K Richwood ,Tx Nov 4-10

Peaceful and Relaxing Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is fantastic. The beach is just a few feet away. We enjoyed just being able to relax and enjoy our time on the island. A constant and steady breeze makes sitting on the balcony an absolute pleasure. The moon over the water was such a visually amazing experience. The long walks along the beach make you never want to leave there. We often were greeted by hundreds of small hermit crabs during our walks. There are not a lot of restaurants on the island which was not a bad thing at all. The Ferry ride over to Galveston was always a pleasure as it had great views and dolphins. It certainly did not disappoint. The House itself was well furnished. Washer and Dryer, Coffee pot and Keurig, plenty of cabinet space for a long stay. Ceiling fans in every room. A grill downstairs which was a joy to cook out on the beach. Plenty of parking. The owners spared no expense on this place.
