This unit can accommodate 9 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 fulls in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. Brigadune is an oceanfront community, located at the quiet end of Arcadian Shores in the north end of Myrtle Beach, SC and overlooking the prestigious Dunes Golf Course. Brigadune consists of 98 privately owned condominiums and provides guest with a relaxing experience.

On-site amenities include beautiful landscaping, an oceanfront heated pool (only heated April, May, September & October) with sun deck and elevators.

Our spacious oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for 9 people. The balcony offers spectacular views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean -- Our condo features a fully furnished kitchen, comfortable oversized living room with plenty of seating, spacious dining room, central heat and A/C, cable TV in al bedrooms plus living room with DVD player in living room, free wifi and in unit washer & dryer. No pets or motorcycles are allowed, and please, be advised this is a NON SMOKING unit.

If you haven’t discovered it yet, you'll absolutely love Shore Drive and the surrounding area. The Brigadune Condominium high rise complex is close to Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and just about everything else you can imagine -- or want for your special vacation "at the beach!"

This oceanfront condo on the 8th floor is so nice! Our family enjoyed our stay. It was convenient for grocery shopping and entertainment, but not in a busy area. We would definitely stay here again! The little library the host had in the condo was appreciated :)

Weekend Getaway

First time at this condo, but very familiar with the property.Condo was very nice and accommodated six single adults very well. Would definitely stay again, and recommend for others.

4th of July Fun!!

We enjoyed an amazing week at the Brigadune! 8A was an absolutely beautiful property. Unit was clean, and ready to go in advance of our scheduled 4pm check in. We will return in the future.

Great Condo , no complaints just that with all the high fees , feel they could of had more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and it would of been nice to have little bottles of shampoo like most places do , and their could of been atleast a couple of pods for washer , but there was none , everything else l think was A plus

We provide all bed linens and bath linens, but we do not provide beach or pool towels. There is 1 full set of towels per bedroom. A full set of towels includes 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel and 1 bathmat. For each bathroom, we supply 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 small trash bag, 1 small bottle of lotion, 1 small bottle of conditioning shampoo and 1 bar of body soap. In the kitchen, we supply 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, 2 dishwashing tablets and a small bottle of liquid dish soap along with a hand towel, 2 washcloths an oven mitt and a potholder. If any of these items were missing, we would have been more than happy to drop some off to you, had we known.

Property was nice, check in was a little difficult, nothing that couldn’t be managed though. I will say the property had a lot of unnecessary rules, especially when it came to parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying if you have young children, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

2023 Brigadune 8A

It has been updated and was much appreciated. We have been coming to Brigadune for five years now and each year it gets better. Appreciate Ed Jordan who makes usfeel at home. The weather was great and everyone including guests were very polite and manerly.

Upon entering the room, the place was 79 degrees when we arrived. Stated that temp all the first 2 days. North beach realty did send someone over on Sunday morning, however the air never got fixed. It ran for 6 straight days and only got down to 75. The ac leaked downstairs to the lower floor. They came up and barged in the room. Again a pain the entire trip. Place is nice except that. We had elderly people that needed the air and it was not fixed. Ac unit was out in feb of 2025. Should not be troubled. The filter looked like it had never been changed. Ever….. the trip was definitly spoiled because of this.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience. After the technician came we never heard back from you so we were under the assumption that the AC was working as it should. We would have been more than happy to send the AC tech back, had we known you were still experiencing issues.

Problem with door code when arrived at property. Had to call person on emergency number to open door. Code given did NOT work. Very frustrating!!

Watch out for cheep rugs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I fell in the bathroom due to cheep rugs that slipped out from under me. Had to call EMT to help me out of the floor. My husband had just had brain cancer surgery and could not help me. This happened on our first night our vacation was not good. I'm home now and have to go to the doctor for xrays on my knee that I had replaced several years ago. I'm badly brused and cant walk good. Thank goodness I had my wheelchair with me. They need to replace the cheep rugs and get taller toilets

Brigadune 8A

Great location, check-in was easy enough. Three-bedroom condo on the 8th floor of Brigadune 8A, that is about the best I can say. This property was not clean, had to get bleach and cleaner for the bathroom. Mold was bad in both bathrooms. Balls left under living room table from past residents. Furnishings were dated, beds soft and worn. Bed covers were old enough that we were afraid to wash them feeling they may fall apart. Carpet was dated and needs to be replace and the condo could use a coat of paint. Bedroom and bathroom furniture old and worn. I understand Covid concerns but there were few amenities, no hair dryer, toaster was a two slider, coffee pot what an old stained cheap appliance. Other condos in the building appeared better but were not available for our time slot. For the price of a luxury condo we were not happy. I would not recommend this property until it is upgraded.

Reviewer Comments: When we got to north beach realty the person at the desk did not accept the fact that we had been given permission to enter early She was not rude but definitely not pleasant When we finally got in the unit there was a soap scum in the bathtub In the on suite ther was a used tissue and a filthy wash cloth right next to our supposedly clean towels There was a large toe nail clipping on the bathroom floorAll the special effects on the ceiling meant nothing because the furniture was so totally uncomfortable The dining table to high and the couch too low The area rug next to the dining table slid so we rolled it up and the floor was covered in sand a full dust pan The bathroom was uncomfortable while on the toilet you were hitting the glass door Absolutely no where to put your toiletries The patio furniture was rusted and dangerous No where to put your food in the kitchen and the dishes were gastly A very large number of plastic drinking containers but nothing I would ever let touch my mouthTwo cereal bowls fruit loop plastic

The view is amazing and the condo was very clean. The master bed was super comfy and the other beds had older style mattresses. My kids are picky when it comes to mattresses :) We didn't know how to use the attraction tickests and waited on the phone for as long as I was willing before just skipping out of whatever offers they may have had. Overall we were very pleased with the room and location and would go back in a heartbeat!

Reviewer Comments: The location was great.Our biggest issue was the air barely worked and stayed nearly 80 the entire week.No blender and and just 1 dollar general frying pan. No storage tupaware etc.Construction next door was very annoying with jack hammers all day for 3 days.The owners should make some updates especially the air conditioning!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was quite challenging this year due to major exterior renovations going on at Brigadune. If we would have known in advance we would have opted for another location or canceled. The extreme noise of jackhammers against the concrete structure echoed throughout the entire building making our unit and most others untenable during the day. Even sitting on the beach was difficult with the elevated noise level. It was not our most relaxing vacation to say the least. However North Beach Reality was very receptive to our concerns and went above and beyond to make our 2 weeks as pleasant as possible considering the situation. Thank you to North Beach Reality for their kindness, understanding and wonderful customer service.

Very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs even when just sitting on the bed.
