The Brigadune has two elevators for routine use (that are cleaned several times a day) as well as two sets of stairs at each end of the building (inspected and approved by the Horry County Fire Department) should there be a need to safely exit our property in case of emergency.

This condo has tiled floors throughout and complete with all the conveniences of home. Sheets/bath towels are provided. Remember, this is a NO-SMOKING unit.

In prime season, we can only accommodate Saturday to Saturday bookings unless arrival is less than 30 days prior to arrival and we have availability.

Cancellation policy - A 60-day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 fee but the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.

HOW DO I BOOK THIS CONDO?

NOTE: There are no inside security cameras or recording devices that monitor any part of the listing’s interior, such as the listing’s inside hallway, bedroom, bathroom, shower, living room, dining area, kitchen, common areas, private spaces, or sleeping areas. By accepting the rental agreement of this listing, you consent to the use of the exterior Ring Doorbell/security as listed above.
