The Brigadune has two elevators for routine use (that are cleaned several times a day) as well as two sets of stairs at each end of the building (inspected and approved by the Horry County Fire Department) should there be a need to safely exit our property in case of emergency.

This condo has tiled floors throughout and complete with all the conveniences of home. Sheets/bath towels are provided. Remember, this is a NO-SMOKING unit.

In prime season, we can only accommodate Saturday to Saturday bookings unless arrival is less than 30 days prior to arrival and we have availability.

Cancellation policy - A 60-day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 fee but the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
