## Neighborhood

Located in a very calm street, this house is still in the center of the city. Close to the train station and shops, you will not lack anything to enjoy a nice stay on the charming seaside resort and this entirely on foot! You can stroll between the various Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino, enjoy the market along the harbour or visit the town's museums. You will find the beach of Trouville in about 10 minutes on foot as well as many bars and restaurants around your rental. Finally, if you feel like it, go to the port of Deauville and its famous boards!

The keys will be in a lockbox just nearby the entry door.
