Such a great location! It is our first time staying somewhere with our newborn and this spot allowed us to relax and hang out in the deck with a great view, easily access a beautiful trail to walk with the stroller, and get to food or the farmers market in downtown without having to deal with the finding parking. We will definitely be staying here again.

The only complaint we have is the carpet seemed dirty. There is a stain in the bedroom at the foot of the bed. Looks like a greasy boot? Also the noise from upstairs was horrendous at times but it was not after 10pm.

So glad you had a great vacation Tanya! The views from our back patios of the river are just splendid. Sounds like you took advantage of our close walking distance to downtown too, its nice not having to search for parking when you go out to eat or drink at the many restaurants and breweries nearby. Jack, we 100% agree! This unit is perfect for those looking to get away and explore what Bend Oregon is really about! While the unit is tucked away overlooking the Deschutes river, we are only located about a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of downtown. Plus, after a long day of adventuring, the heated and pool and hot tub will be calling your name! We hope to host you again this summer, take care Jack!
